I just finished ep4, and for a Chinese drama, this is considered a super speed pace already hahahaha 😂

I just finish bingeing it in just a week. I feel that it is quite good. Storyline was great and engaging without much boring parts, and I love the main leads chemistry.

Based on the dramas you mentioned, I've only watched POB & POJ. So if I were to rank them with this: 1st POB (my ultimate fav), 2nd LotFG, 3rd POJ (I skipped/fast forwarded more scenes in POJ than this drama 😅)

Each ep will take place in a fictional plot (e.g. factory). Then they discovered a murder. 2 of them will be the main detective, the other 4 will have their own character and role to play in that setting (1 of them is the hidden murderer). They must go around, find clues and investigate and guess who is the murderer at the end of the episode.
Then some episodes can have a bad detective (aka X) who will secretly support the murderer.

I came here with full knowledge that this is a typical LYN's character (aka character death). But didnt expect it to be for the whole main cast characters. What a traumatising drama 🙈

And its Liu Yu Ning. I heard that his character always dies in his dramas LOL except for his latest 2 dramas, POB and ADWAD.

Its been 2 months since I watched this but I still can't move on 🥲🥲

My thoughts exactly. 🥲 I could accept everything else better if she at least show a bit of empathy towards NH. I can understand it when they are not together yet, although my own heart was in so much pain for NH.

But that part after NH had been stabbed twice. And she asked him to correct her pillow for her?! Wth girl. He almost died for you. And im pretty sure his injury is not healed yet during that scene...? I was soo turned off for the romance afterwards. To me, its too much one sided love and care from NH, and barely any from her. It was abit better towards the end, but abit too late for me. My heart has turned sour alrdy 😭

And to watch this aft POB makes it even more painful for me 🙈 LYN's character got soo much care there, but he ended up with no care here 🥺the contrast 💔💔

Finished the whole drama just for NH and the storyline. Skipped through their romance scenes.

I keep seeing Bai Lu in the character too, especially for the first few episodes 🙈 it took me alot of conscious effort to keep mentally telling myself 'this is not bailu' haha.
But i thought its just cause this is my first time watching Li Yi Tong.... 🤔

I'm in the middle of ep26 now and my LYN bias side is totally thinking "FL better grovel on her knees for the way she's treating Nan Heng now"
I hate her omg 😭😭😭😭😭 can someone go and give Nan Heng a hug. That poor boy 😭

I'm rewatching it now too, using 'lets compare the subs on different platforms' as a reason. 🤭

Surprisingly i understand and appreciate the first 3 episodes more this time round. Since I'm familiar with all the names of characters and cities mentioned.

And our Wei Liang will be there too 🥹🥹 time for us to heal 💕

I'm sooo glad i watched this 😭😭 its sooo good
- mature main characters
- very good writing with great character development
- a lot of lovable supporting characters
- and the acting! Top notch 🙌🏽 especially the FL's facial expressions 🙌🏽

Finally watched this after waiting for 6 months! 😭 That was a very long wait 🥲

I would say this movie is a perfect introduction to the Cells at Work & Code Black anime. Would definitely recommend for others to watch this movie first before the animes. I looove their educational anime but it can sometimes be abit too heavy on the biological terms for me. So this movie is much more easier to absorb for general public who do not have much bio knowledge. The switches between real life and cell life is definitely a plus point! Makes it sooo much easier to understand and more relatable to us.

I binged this right after bingeing LMLMV, and i would say I like this more.
Both dramas have a similar overall feel good romance. No love triangle, they just focus on building the relationship of the main characters.
But this, i feel, has better character development for both ML & FL. LMLMV focuses too much on ML only, and the FL script tend to focus on herself more than providing emotional support to the ML (which annoyed me). This drama has better script in my opinion.
I would say this is more similar to You Are My Glory + Meet Yourself than LMLMV.

Ps. The billiard scenes in the 2nd half of the drama are sooo cool. You can totally see the effort the actors have put in for those shots 😍
