Ehh they were both quite shit. There’s good reviews on here that make good points. Only international fans ate those 2 dramas up bc they love shallow dramas with good looking leads. Obviously all opinions at the end of the day tho. I just don’t like the whole “oh it just wasn’t your cup of tea” argument bc it deflects from any real discussion.

Yea true on the kdramas going overboard with cliches it's a complete possibility that the guy isn't really dead especially since the only confirmation we have was the magic call the sister got like 2 minutes after the explosion happened which would realistically be impossible irl but this is a drama so anything is possible.

Yea I understood your comment and he probably is dead but it would be so funny and bs if he was alive. Yea I can imagine they're going to go down that route where the ex wasn't actually cheating but even then the fact that the ex would ignore haran and lie to her about being away is already kinda scummy imo.

Fully agree and I kinda dislike the ML for thinking he could simply get away with lying to her even tho in a previous episode he was going to tell her but she fell asleep as he was going to tell her about his accident in boston (plot convenience.)

I wouldn’t use refreshing to describe it but at least it seems like they won’t show the father anymore and it wasn’t really a redemption arc for him either so it’s fine. Yea it’s a big deal bc he’s a baseball player but it just seems like unnecessary drama where they’ll be like “oh you can’t play baseball anymore yougyum” blah blah all that shit but it’s whatever.

Didn't really like this episode. The quick forced forgiveness of the father was shallow, I don't really care about hadam and her bf and now with the unnecessary drama where something is wrong w his foot is just pointless. I'm really liking hayeong more tho, she's really likable and funny anytime she's on screen. The ending was obvious that something would be revealed but it was an ok episode.

No I didn't know about that but love doctor does sound way better than that. It wasn't really the tech part that puts me off it's just the overall description although I like the new take on romance with this tech concept,

Yea I'm passionate about hating on very obviously shitty dramas produced for mass appeal like perfect crown. Also nah I respectfully disagree with eternal monarch being good but I can see the appeal. I do think you're exaggerating tho. Like I said you're probably a huge fan since han ji-min and son yejin were also a big part of why those dramas were good and ofc the director's style + the writer.

Yea you’re definitely just a jung haein fan overestimating him. He was good but far from the reason as to why those dramas were good. Also absolutely not perfect crown will not be good. It just screams high budget slop that relies on big name actors to succeed. Also byeon wooseok cannot act. It reminds me of eternal monarch which I thought was terrible but probably even worse. Though tantara will probably be really good.

I liked one spring night but wasn’t a fan of SITR. Also looking at the synopsis and genre of that drama it really doesn’t sound all that interesting to me I don’t have high hopes but either way you’re probably right. It will still be better than a lot of the shit releasing this year.

Skinny shaming? I called him chopped which he is along with the other actors. I did call him skinny but that’s because he must have an ED but so what idc if it’s bodyshaming, lose some weight if you’re offended fatty, but either way believe me their weight is not changing their ugly mug. The reason people don’t take cdrama/kdrama/jdrama fans is because of parasocial fans who get extremely defensive whenever something negative is said about the actor they stan.
