Lets say- my sister is married, her husband would then be my brother in law. His siblings would only be connected to me through marriage and not directly related to me. So they would not be my direct in laws. Only my sisters husband is. If that makes sense.

its not illegal, and no country or major religion has disallowed this type of marriage. Its actually more common than you think. However, whats more commonly restricted or frowned upon in some places is marrying your direct in laws like parents inlaws or children inlaws. Because those relationships causes power imbalances and exploitations and just overall messes up family hierarchies.

The baby doesn't look weird. However, if you remind yourself that hes literally only been on this earth for 2 years it'll be pretty obvious some scenes are AI. Also some angles and camera directions are odd which makes it slightly more noticeable as well
