kdramas have that kind of schedule.....chinese dramas usually release 2 eps per day and the first days also has more no. of episodes than the normal schedule ( that is more than 2). As for this drama....its indeed going to release 4 episodes all together on friday. There may or may not be releasing of episodes on weekend though. for that, let's wait for the official episode guide by Youku

yeah the dialogues were so unclear and only ever gave vagueness. Throughout the 2 episodes, I had to read between the lines. so exhausting and confusing. But by the end of 2nd episode, it all got clear. Their emotions were then clearly displayed to the viewers
everyone is complaining about the romance plot and fl but I love it especially how it turned out to be...episodes…
me too....i got a little frustrated bcuz of it as it was a bit hard to understand their feelings at first. but by the end of the 2nd episode I got the complete idea about their emotions and dilemmas. I am loving the set up and characters even more now. It's kinda giving similar vibe as the romance plot of " trillion game". and i really loved that one so this is also making me excited
me too.....and it has gotten crazy popular with the chinese production team since last year. Its always that COMING SOON tagged along with every drama and then we wait for a year or so ...after which it drops suddenly the next day.
He really needs to try a different role with a full length drama atp.....all of his past and future drama are all about the same type of roles. His talent being wasted like this is such a pity. he's totally capable of even handling the whole story on his own so he should deserve a full length drama

people calling this drama trash haven't really seen a trashy one yet ig. I genuinely don't understand why people hate this drama, cuz its fucking good. Even acting is appropriate....its just that people haven't experienced something like that so they don't know that, that's how you portray emotions and expressions when you have gone through such things.
I don't know why people hate this drama so much and also the Fl, cuz she actually did a great job into portraying an unconfident woman who never had friends her whole life. and her expressions were apt for it. Also ML can sometimes look too emotionless, but considering what he went through in his childhood, I think I would do the same or have same expressions.
I remember watching it about 6 years ago, and not just one time. Me watching anything, and literally anything twice, is such a big thing. cuz I have watched over 300+ shows and still only 2-3 of them are something I watched more than once. and considering I watched it so many times explains that its not a bad drama at all. Idk what people expect this drama to give them. but its really good in my opinion. so whenever I hear people mocking the acting or this drama, I feel genuinely bad. I still remember it used to rain in my country when this drama was airing, and i didn't had my own phone. so i would wait the whole day for that one hour episode which used to be so interesting to watch.
Now since a Thai version is releasing now, I'm also watching it. It also has the same kind of set up but with different details and emotions portrayed by the actors. so it feels like a new version indeed. Its fun to watch it with that different vibe
zhang ruo nan's acting is not my taste at least. she doesn't expresses the emotions very well. either have poker face or the same kind of expression for every scene. I'm sorry but I watched 2 of her recent dramas, and had to drop them bcuz of her acting. any actress for first frost but her, cuz i really wanted this manhwa to get adopted into a drama
