this series is done so beautifully....super super writing....awesome acting....even the bgm is like a character....love love love this series.....also can't wait for keng to make his appearance :-D so excited....

totally agree about the nkj and jjy interaction....i think the key was when he said i love her more than the company....that's when jjy realised his mistake that's why her said he's not going to bother her anymore even though he still loves her....i think the sml is going to pull up his socks and get into action in the next two episodes.....some serious ass-kicking is going to happen.... 😎

thats the thing about this show that i love the most - all the characters stay true to their character, no sudden turn-arounds, transformations.....i love that the fl remains the hard-ass boss even after they start dating.....loved loved loved how she put the sfl (at this point, we should just call her villain) in her place without any actual violence....for me their scenes were the best of this episode....i love how the ml came out to protect her despite everything he could lose.....the crazy wife was also true to character seeing as how she wants him now that he has made it clear he does not want to be with her 🤣🙄

i think he was already in a depressive state when she first saved him....think about it - the dad, the brother, the mother - the whole situation is hopeless....that is why he is clinging so hard to the fl....maybe if she hadn't told him that they can never be together, he would not have married the crazy wife..... the one consistency of his character has been his exhaustion with life....like he really is just working so hard just to pull through.....i feel really bad for him....

of course, with regard to fp, i agree with the literary licenses for dramatic flair ;-) and she grew up growing flowers with her mother.... :-) ... i'll accept all of your perspectives and probably binge after it reach mid-way :-D

characters that are uni-dimensionally too good or too bad.....like only the leads have all the virtues while the rest are either dumb or straight up full-on only evil

loved him in the dress sequence.... :-D

i am enjoying the sneaky villain si ming.... :-) sure, it is not super enjoyable like "cant wait for the next episode" but that is a relief sometimes ;-) very peacefully enjoyable...

it is also a good contrast between the two leads (i just feel like bai yu tang is also a lead, he is so good)...

the fight scenes in this series are really good.... very enjoyable :-D

am so over c-dramas that portray extreme-natured characters....seriously!!! loved the peony drama with yang zi...it is fun to watch characters who are three-dimensional but this is one is just too lop-sided....saying this despite being a fan of both the leads.... disappointed...

am loving this series....it is very real but also very entertaining....just the right amount of drama with very realistic scenarios....the leads are doing a wonderful job.....the "nephew" is super annoying....so also doing a very good job :-) am really happy that there are no utterly unwatchable characters....no skipping :-D

absolutely love the sky-nani dynamic....can see the growth from hsf....i will watch whatever they pair up to do...even if it is never going to be a bl.....

the writing in this series is phenomenal.....that's what gives the actors the ability to convey it well.....definitely best supernatural series of the year....can't see what else they could come up with to beat this....

am so glad thay didn't try to speak mandarin like the chinese but spoke it cleanly like non-chinese would do.....the casting is so spot on!!! great, for the first time, getting a non-muscle role ;-) so good....can't wait for the remaining episodes....
