Imo, his insecurity is quite valid coz, at this point, he already has feelings for Ayaka. And for all he knows,…
yeah but the story already villified Kamiyama, but yeah I kinda forgot that Kamiyama rubbed that fact to Togo maybe because the former received it well that it slipped my mind. Anyway, the preview of the past seems like they were only good friends and never crossed the line of being boyfriend-and-girlfriend that it feels like their meeting in the present is just a continuation of their friendship in the past. I mean, you can have a handsome guy friend while you have a boyfriend as long as you know the boundaries and your partner is aware of the friendship. Ayaka's lie made it worse for him not knowing the real context of their meeting during that car breakdown. Now that I think more about it, it could have been the directing (the scene of the car while panning to the left ) that made it unserious.
Togo's smile during the blanket blind makeup video shoot looks really genuine. It makes me think he broke out of character but he's making "marriage content". Them becoming more aware with each other is cute, but some scenes like him prohibiting her from meeting Kamiyama seems way too insecure and his breakdown near the car scene with Mt. Fuji in the background is too much (but a little funny to think about it). Also, maybe I am very nitpicky in this but there were cuts that did not feel seamless like when she helped him with the cuff links and when she supposedly left the site but she's still there when she got reprimanded by the customer.
Currently watching Otonari ni Ginga , her expressions and acting is super animated but not too much. Her character exudes a balance of pure innocence and vigor in life and she delivers it impeccably. This suits her with her image too, especially since I first saw her in First Love: Hatsukoi.
I like how Issei had help Yudai's character through sign language and how it made his relationship with his wife got better. I watched this on Viki and most people comment how he needs therapy and although it may be a good chance to incorporate it in a TV drama, I think it is just a such a special relationship.
So cliche but Kanna & Ryosuke are just so cute! The preview tho... i mean the last part... Also, I wonder who's responsible for what happened with the manager. It couldn't just be the girls who were rejected by the president, right? (or maybe it is related to the preview?)
I've been seeing Taiyu more recently. Although I am not a fan of his character in this, I would say he is a promising actor indeed, to think I adore his character so much in Kamisama no Ekohiiki. Meanwhile Hayato has the inner goof going on. The last drama I watched from him is Oretachi wa Abunakunai. Lastly, Rikako is just so LOVELY! She rocks the princess role and deserves more projects! Female lead material indeed!
