Uhhh… not a fan of Xia Jingshi being killed at the end. Sure he killed all over the shop, but he had a purpose and he had his revenge. I really don’t think it’s ML and FL’s business what XJ did in Jinxiu. They should have just left Jinxiu and XJ to rule.
Overall its HE for our ML and FL… but I feel a tiny bit unsatisfied with the ending for Xia Jingyan, Xia Jingshi and Xiyang.
I honestly thought I was watching two different shows, the enemies to lovers female general and prince in Susha and an unhinged love triangle of a pretty treacherous prince, a maniac emperor and a deranged princess in Jinxiu. I am pretty hooked with the insanity of the trio, I want more!
Goodness my eyes are happy 😆 Even General Xu Ming is an eye candy. Ji Bozai, Yan Xiao, Situ Ling and Xu Ming should all be in one frame! I cannot help but think about the Gong Brothers with the FL here. She seems to pick the right show with beautiful cast.
Overall I am enjoying the FL and ML “push and pull” and trying to outsmart and outplay and use each other. 🔥

So many mini dramas but that’s not bad. At least they have work. I am not into BLs either 😆Just watch A Familiar Stranger and that’s another amazing short drama, and Cheng Lei is super popular now. I am also watching Echoes of the Self, another short and the ML is gorgeous, he is was in MM too.
