In Ep 20-21, no way its not obvious that she is Magistrate Xue’s daughter after all the commotion JL has caused to free him and try to save his life. And all the Huaixing villagers know she’s XF, and asked them to not tell.. like how is that even going to be possible. This is where it kinda fumbled for me, plotwise. Still good though, it’s just that after all of this, the next events would surely expose her true identity… if not then its a bit ridiculous if she got away with it and fooled the whole world 🤪

Wow. What a real beautiful surprise this drama is. ❤️ First show of Kim Young Dae that made me appreciate him 😍 Broody murderous role suits him 😜 Totally fell in love with this show, it just had the right amount of angst and romance. The historical and modern storylines blended well together, it’s really good! Even the ending was good, probably not everyone’s cup of tea but for me it ended in a fantastic note!
