I disagree. I don't like every change but I like most of it. The CGI is AMAZING. I didn't like Chen Guo's change because she got annoying but she wasn't bad written nor was Ye Xiu, you just "almost didn't recognize them".
Ye Xiu forming Happy and fighting his way through misfortune and strong rivals to reach the top of Glory is still there, and so is the "heart and soul and excitement", you just can't see it because you wanted a copy of the novel

This overdramatic plot that they gave her here is a little too much but Guo Guo is very important to the Happy Team. She was the one who suggested it to start (in the novel) and she was their main financial support. Don't hate on her, Guo Guo is so kind and supportive, she doesn't deserve it

When a new server is open, there's a huge competition between guilds to be the strongest (i.e. get as many first kills and dungeons records as possible) so new players will join the guild and help them grow. This is because most of new players don't even know about the pro circle and all they want is to be part of a strong and famous guild.
Also, players can help their guilds grow, and when they reach certain points they can use better and better equipments from the guild's storage. If your guild get many bosses, the better are the equipments in the storage, so more people will join and help the guild grow and so on
