Not gonna argue about technical things because zzzzz whatever But Ye Xiu is supposed to be the master here, he…
A good drama doesn't mean a revolutionary plot with super complex characters and mind blowing direction. A good drama is a drama that fulfill its intent and satisfy its public. In my opinion, TKA did both so it deserves 8.8 - and even more. Well, even if you're a Chinese, it doesn't mean you don't have prejudice with Chinese dramas - I don't mean that you may have prejudice with Chinese people or culture or some, you might just have prejudice with Chinese drama styles, that's it. Anyways, I just asked to make sure, I will trust you just don't like TKA's type of drama If you want something more complex, you might like historical dramas best. The Princess Weiyoung is a good one, full of schemes and plot twists
My favorite thing about this right now is that obviously the person directing this has never before in their life…
Fun fact: they got pro players to teach them about gaming leigsjxigaod So I guess all the crazy keyboard thing is a choice to show how Glory is a who-clicks-faster game
I had to drop it 7 episodes in, it was very boring. And the random keyboard smashing to simulate playing a game..…
Well, imagine if you aren't a gamer and you try to watch an entire drama of confusing scenes of game fighting? They did the right choice in show it from a viewer pov
1 dimensional characters, predictable plot, a lazy written script and cringe voice overs... Combine all of them…
Not gonna argue about technical things because zzzzz whatever But Ye Xiu is supposed to be the master here, he gets kids that have potential and turn them into some of the best players of the league - he's there to teach, not to learn -, tho they did give him some development by the end of the drama About dropping cdramas, are you sure you watched good dramas? Also, are you sure you watched it without prejudice?
What do you mean by looking poor? The people or the royalty and officials?
Magbluerose is right about the culture. Obviously the Korea at the time couldn't compare to the great empire of China, China was one of the most powerful countries in the world at the time. But you wouldn't feel it too much by the royalty, it's just different cultures, different costumes, different arquiteture, they're still rich af About the paying the officials, the problem wasn't money but corruption
