agree with the side characters, they come and go too fast 😩 but as someone who haven't read the original or watched the donghua, I really have no issue understand their relationships. the bathing and cooking was a smart way to show their dynamics, with the favoured disciple, the outcast and the cunning master. and, imo, mo's good master posing made him even scarier - finding out that the smiles your master gave you meant you were getting closer to your death. li feiyu's scenes, tho, wasn't enough to make me believe they were so close. I hope you can enjoy it better in the upcoming episodes 🙌
