final thoughts: i remember liking s1 a bit more - they obv didn't want to make it the exact same but things like not having a challenge like the restaurant one from s1 or eliminating majority of the black spoon team just like that wasn't it for me... (they could've simply mixed up the teams before that challenge and everyone would be much happier) BUT!! i still enjoyed watching it a lot - maybe it's simply bc i like cooking shows... i have to say i quite liked the finale for this season, it was lovely to watch!
this season wasn't as good and i didn't like how they eliminated almost all the black spoon team either but don't forget CKR was even in the first round among the black spoons it's not like they handed him the spot and he was the winner bc of his >cooking< and last round wasn't childhood memories themed it was about them as people - taking a difference approach doesn't mean one of them was wrong
#whoremembers when the entirety of gemfottwt was talking about the novel this is based on 2 years back and hoping they would get it... for us back then it was mostly wishful thinking but out of the couples in gmmtv (if not g4) i'm glad it's almondprogress that were chosen for this. i feel like they'll do justice to koko! i really liked the bits of the story i read back in 2023 and i'm quite fond of almondprogress so it's one of my most anticipated shows of next year [also, please don't get the g4 mention wrong, i'm simply fond of the characters bc of them as well]
ngl i quite enjoyed the series! as for the ending and aom i didn't really see this coming although i did feel something was a bit off from the moment she woke up but i'm not really surprised... many series of this kind have open endings like this...i wonder if we're ever getting a continuation of some sort
honestly at first i didnt know if i wanted yeongrye to end up with jaepil but after the timeskip and how close they got it's really nice to get this development, i love them tgt they're sooo in tune with eo! when it comes to the girls' friendship how i wish external circumstances (jonghee's mum) weren't testing it t___t i'm also curious about what will happen with jonghee's brother and that ex cheongah bus director cause jonghee running for miss korea will surely attract them both and all hell will break loose.....
i really loved this drama it really helped with my kdrama slump t___t one thing i'd love is if the ending was a liiittle bit longer giving us more context on what happened although i can kinda guess on my own! very solid watch i would say.
i think so because they usually mention the platform on the trailer and they only mentioned the channel that will air this on tv and gmmtv official youtube
It was originally but they ended up releasing an episode everyday after episode 18 I think and so it ended today…
do we know why? i was so confused when i randomly saw there were more episodes available last friday and then a new one every day but i just went with the flow
[also, please don't get the g4 mention wrong, i'm simply fond of the characters bc of them as well]
