Wow. Rich and understanding in-laws. Such a dream. Our FL is so fortunate.
I find this a good watch so far. The costumes and the settings are exquisite. The wedding was such a feast for my eyes. I was kind of lukewarm about BJT in his previous drama but I really like him in this. The FL is not my fave but she's ok. At least her acting is not over-the-top or underwhelming. Definitely helps that she plays a strong character.
i'm ngl, i'm on ep 28 and i'm still enjoying the show but ML's acting is really not that great, especially when…
I thought so initially but later as I watched and re-watched, I realized he depicted the dragon self with lots of gentleness and compassion. He's an unusual dragon. There was a noticeable change from his initial arc where he had lots of mistrust issues to the arc he started trusting again. His depiction of the baby dragon later is also interesting. I think he has expressive eyes but his range can be better. I would say his acting is not bad with room for improvement for sure.
his only suspicious partner or healer are best drama. otherwise he always choose boring script sach lovestruck,…
Lovestruck is great. I love it because the questions and topics raised in each episode is so real and relevant to a relationship. K2 is entertaining but the plot is a bit over-the-top for me. My love also goes to The Sound of Magic. I think his role in that show is quite a feat. Personally, I like that he chooses different genres of drama to showcase his range. Sure, not all the dramas are great but the way he embraces and plays out each role is definitely next level.
So I was one of the few who couldn't reconcile with the opening scene where TY married SY. Even though I suspected the reason, but it just never sat well with me that he could fall for someone like SY. Also for SY, even though she is quite a radical, she never struck me as a badie. Just someone too opinionated perhaps. But after watching the last 3 episodes, I think my heart is at rest about this arc now. It all made sense now.
Was there ever an explanation on YH's parentage? I might have mixed up with something I read or was there a scene where they showed why her heart was weak from birth...something her mom did. I thought LMS was her dad but seems not?
Idk why it doesn't happen with kdramas but maybe cause there are so many cdramas produced everywhere. I am kind…
Nothing to be ashamed of. I'm also the same. Watch based on visuals and fave leads. The reason I watched Huxin was cos of the visual of the ML. I have seen his pictures around but never watched him. This is my first. The profile pic of the FL didn't impress me particularly but I really like her after I started watching. This pairing is perfect.
Personally I love Cdrama cos of their costume/period/xianxia. Contemporary dramas are a hit or miss. There are few rare gems. As for Kdramas, I only watch if my fave lead is acting. Otherwise, I skip cos it's too time consuming to have to read the subtitles.
Wow, I didn't realized until now 2 of the faces in this show were replaced using AI. Apparently Fang Huai was supposed to be Xu Kai Cheng and Qin Ye was supposed to be Wang Dong but their faces have been replaced by Wang Zi Rui and Dai Xiang Yu respectively using AI. No wonder I thought Fang Huai looks kinda like Xu Kai Cheng.
Five episodes in and I'm so incredibly bored. When does the show pick up and become good?
The first half was interesting for me right up to the reveal about FL's identity. Then I got bored and kinda fast-forwarded. But if you're someone who enjoys romance and looks forward to lovey-dovey scenes, this drama has a lot of it for audience to indulge.
