Ok, 1st 2- 3 episodes were a bit dull but it picked up around ep 4. I love how they "engage" each other with their inner dialogues. It's quite funny.

It's average. I watch it while waiting for my favorite.

So I finished rewatching this but unlike many of you, I don't like it as much as when I first watched it. IDK why. Maybe cos I dislike noona romance now. The storyline is okay but now I feel the FL was over-the-top and I absolutely dislike the 2nd FL. The editing also feels too jarring. But I do like the chemistry between ML and FL.

This is such a brilliant show. The humor is very clever and the way the story unfolds around so many characters is really well told. Very sharp writing IMO. The rating does not reflect the quality of the show. But perhaps the humor is lost in translation or maybe the initial episodes were less captivating. If you like crime shows and humor, this has a great combination. No slapstick, no forced humor, no unnatural acting. Besides the ML, Fang Chao and Zhou Rong are very interesting characters to watch cos their brains do not fit their roles. But then again, that's what made the show entertaining to watch.

When I first started watching this, I mistook the Tian guy as Elvis as there's some resemblance from certain angles. And I thought how come the ML is so disappointing. It had to take me a few episodes to realize it's a different guy. Is it only me? :p

It was great seeing how dashing he looked presenting the award despite not being nominated. Unlike some people who criticized his choice and were suggesting he should do this and that as if they know better, I think he's demonstrating strength under control. The man clearly is a professional!

Haven't watched this yet but I just realized both the leads were in the Rise of Ning. So this is the alternative love story that never happened in the other drama.

She looks completely different from her previous roles and I love those. Even her face looks different here. I had to search to ascertain it's the same person. I think it's the makeup. It looks like they changed the way she looks before and after her memory loss too.

This show is good to watch till now. Don't believe the ratings.

What exactly is Jin Yuan Bao's feelings toward Chang Yu? I kinda find it funny that they alluded to a sort of secret crush in some scenes but nothing came out of it. Like what's the purpose? Did I miss something?

IDK why people are so upset he was not nominated. Sure it's good to get some recognition but it's not like he's not in demand. I'm happy he's working with big names and he's being praised by well-known directors openly.

It does look promising but I don't quite like one of the casts so...

I did try episode 1 but am not sure.

Sigh. Nothing to watch so am re-watching this. Anyone else?
