I know Tan Jianci is very expressive when he speaks, but making those expressions while signing takes it to another level; he really exceeded my expectations. All the actors were amazing. Lan XiYa is very talented; I watched her in We Girls, and she’s clearly improved a lot.

They didn’t mention any names, but the only actors who have been rumored for a long time are TJC and BJT. Their fandoms never fought, they were fine with either of them getting the role, and novel fans spoke highly of both. Meanwhile, the current comments are clearly implying that those actors were ‘trying to snatch’ the role and aren’t worthy. If XZ gets it, congratulations, but don’t act as if he’s the only talented actor in the industry.

To each their own, I’m glad most of you are happy with a costume drama. I’ll watch anything he’s in anyway. I was interested in Shi Ri because of the genre and would have watched it no matter who played the lead, but if the latest rumor is true, I won’t watch it at all, just because of those fans.

Nothing is announced yet, but it seems 100% true, as you said he has the resources. Some say Tan Jianci will film UTS3 after Dancing with the Tides, others say he will film another movie. I don't want movies cause I can't wait to see him 😅
