I would say this movie is about the ups and down of the friendship between those four girls.

While I loved it I also see how people are saying this is about nothing. I think the problem is that the movie does not really have the typical structure of a movie that is a buildup, the climax and then the end. This movie is the opposite - it is very consistent. There are no major up and down. Instead it just focuses on the live of the mains but only some parts of it and does rely on the viewer to just accept that we only get to see fraction of their lives and expected us to accept a whole plot that we didn't see but that was mentioned with one line somewhere between their conversations.

I personally actually like that this movie tells their stories without always showing the actual scenes. It feels like the the writer respect the audiences intelligence and therefore the focus is more on the friendship than their personal lives. But like I also see how this format might be not to everyones liking especially since it does not follow the typical movie format like I mentioned above.

To sum up if you expect to see more than friendship & life this movie is not for you.

and this is coming from someone who accidentally started with the second episode, was bored out of my mind and dropped it. Came back 6 months later fully prepared to hate it but started this time with the first episodes and I loved it.

This is a great drama. Usually I skip scenes. I never once had the urge to skip a scene or increase the speed. I can't even remember the last time a drama accomplished that. Itaewon is a 10/10 for me!

The main couple is undoubtedly the highlight. Their chemistry is so good and I just love them. (her boss and the ex-doctor are somewhat to an extent ok. Still, this is my least favorite role I ever saw Ye Ji Won in.) I dislike everything else about this drama, obviously the exes but also the workplace and so on. A good part of this drama of is just very skippable.

There is a three years time jump and in episode 28 Chen Jia Xin has changed a lot - maybe give this ep a chance. I really do agree with a lot what you sad but ep 28 was different - especially the second part.

I saw it like this that JiHye never really got a closure with her first love. He just ghosted her (If I understood correctly she tried to call him and his number did not exist anymore.) So it's not like she has still feelings for him but more like immensely hurt by how he treaded her. Also she never really knew why he left her. I think when she knows the 'why' she really will be able to get over it all.
That is probably the main difference and reason she is done with her second relationship.

Plotwise this looks like everything I usually avoid in a drama but because of the actors I gave it a shot and ended up loving the first two episodes.

I just found it accidentally on youtube and now am binching through it. The kids all are so chill & have really great fashion sense.
I recommend everyone who likes fashion and (non-toxic) survival shows to watch this.
This is so much fun.

I dislike the ML's mom's plot line. I came here for cute romance not to be confronted with heavy topics. Even though I try to skip those scene it still weight the mood down a bit.

ok i need someone to tell me what happened because I skipped here and there a bit and must have missed an important scene.
At what point did he decide to break it of with Anna and to date Jiaxin ? In episode 19 he was in the restaurant missing Anna and next thing I know he is kissing Jiaxin.
(I know she did many things for him that touched him like the pen and the cheering him up dance in the costume at the restaurant and so on but at what point did the relationship shift? At her mom's when her mom was furious with him and he later on told Jiaxin he will rewrite the contract/ divorce papers? Maybe I should rewatch that scene?)

I must say a lot about this drama is just stupid af.
But it is so warm-hearted that it makes up for it.

MDL says is 17 episodes. I just finished it and it actually is 27 episodes each 45min long.

I would say watch the first episode and if you don't like it then it's not worth it.
In my opinion it is really not as bad as the comment section made it seem.
I enjoyed it so far. Just do not take it too serious. Also it has a love triangle and people either love or hate it so consider yourself warned.

I believe the bad rating is because the viewers expected something totally different than what they got. Because of the poster and the spy tag and the description it looks like a thrilling, intense and action pact drama but in reality it is just a rom-com.

How are they expecting me to wait for a whole year for season 2 ? That's just rude!

This drama has been on my plan to watch list for three years now. The comment section held me back to actually watch it. It so happens that the last couple of drama I started were that bad I ended up dropping them after only a few episodes. I have nothing to lose. I am giving this one a shot.
