It’s safe to assume that this drama shows that some things just remain the same. We know that Tae Sung becomes detective in 2023 after Sol’s advice back in high school. So we can intepret that Tae Sung is also a detective in that timeline. In that timeline, 2009 Sol was kidnapped by KYS and KYS was arrested then. He must knew this incident because of his dad. So he knows KYS is out from prison by that time, that’s why he went and checked on Sol.

One thing about LR, not everything is explained and spelled out by the writer. The enjoyment of this drama is that we as viewers have to connect the dot of the clues and timelines shown by the writer.

I think a lot of people already answered this. It was just because Sol was unlucky to cross-path with a psychopath serial killer. There’s no need to have depth on the killer’s character because he’s just love to kill, that’s it. The centre plot of this drama is the love story, not the killer.

Taxi driver killing Sun Jae after 15 years is for revenge because Sun Jae always got on his way.

The moment halmoni threw away the watch, that’s the moment when I knew that it’s a happy ending. No more time traveling, no more twist just them being happy and live a long life for the ending.

Sometimes there’s no reason for psychopath serial killers to be obsessed in hunting their victims. I’m glad that they don’t even provide any depth to his character because he’s not important and we don’t need to understand people like him.

Lovely Runner is my 365th completed kdrama. Can’t believe it took me 365 dramas to finally find THE KDRAMA that is so perfect and excellent to me.

My no 1 spot used to be Reply 1988 for a long time then Alchemy of Souls (S1 & S2) came and replaced it and now safe to say, Lovely Runner has gotten the no 1 spot as my favorite kdrama. I don’t know if there’s any other kdrama that can steal the no 1 spot in the future. 💛💙💛💙

I usually don’t really like Im Geum & Hyun Ju scene but in ep 16, the scene of the whole family watching “While My Husband Is Sleeping” is so funny! Hyun Ju is consistent on being supportive of Im Geum’s dream on becoming actor. I love her for that although Im Geum sometimes did get on my nerves.

It’s within their souls but the family members didn’t remember it, so yeah Sun Jae is safe

Sad thing is, I’ll be hating Monday again next week 😭

The condom scene and rented “basic instict” scene are completely wiped off. At least his image is not tarnished. 🤣

I was so touched because uri SolJae finally can be happy and live long life as the fate has change. This time around it’s the killer’s fate to die. 😭

When Sol is jealous that Sun Jae must’ve been putting necklaces on many women for 15 years because he was struggling to put it on Sol back in 2009. He did it smoothly in 2023.
