It's the grandson who rejected it; that's because it's the grandson's redemption arc. He saw that he was not a good person and he wanted to finally do something selfless for his grandpa.

MDL is really toxic. It's just a sweet show. It's not perfect. But it doesn't deserve this many toxic comments. Where are you all coming from?!

i think you're right in a way. The dad is homophobic but not because he hates gay people; it's because he doesn't know and understand gay people. But he's also NOT homophobic because in his own way, he's trying to understand his son; he doesn't hate his son. So maybe a better way to put it is: he's NOT NOT homophobic.

is it forgettable because the couple didn't break up at ep 11? Breaking up and reconciling gives audience that catharsis. But to me, I thought it was quite refreshing that they didn't.

I love the first 3 eps but the 4th ep is a filler episode. In a short series, there shouldn't be any filler episodes. work on changing the past!

I agree with you but I think time travel stories all have plot holes. You have to give time travel stories a lot of leeway.
