I think you have been repeating this point throughout the forum. But “Based on the novel” is really a very lame excuse. Adaptations are different from original. That’s why they are called adaptations. Series and novel are different formats, their stories should be presented differently. Many BLs have changed from the original version. “I hear the sunspot” for example. In an important scene, Taichi was confiding in Kohei but Kohei didn’t hear. Then Taichi said it’s not important.
