Maybe the pair is not my cup of tea.
People all always praising Wang Nan-Zuo Yi version of this story. so i brave my self and try to watch since i am not fond for Zuo Yi acting-she is one dimensional actress and there is some of her vibes that make me uncomfortable when i watched her acting and in the end i just dropped the drama and forget everything. Wang Nan stills make me believe his acting could make me impressed but i ended up fasten the drama to get the ending since i don't like some of repeated plot.Still decent drama to watch for fans but its definitely not my cup of tea.

Another example of wasted reverse harem
I quite like otome type of drama about reverse harem 1 FL and 4 ML. Tian Xinya (Biscuit Lala) got her main role after being vicious supporting role. I only know about Cao Tinkai and barely know Wu Tianhao at that day.This is almost have same case with Mermaid story but they only focused on 2 ML (Cao Tiankai & Wu Tianhao) and too much cut so we got jumpy plot which make people confused (specifically Yang Cheng Han and Cao Tiankai scene like what happened). And the mysterious ML is not necessary just to add cherry on the top chaos. Tian Xinya got zero chemistry with anyone even Cao Tiankai who always shown his body didn't help too much for the chemisty The ending is crap like the just want to rushed everything.

Rare case for decent mission drama without scumbag system.
I personally like Wang Gege comedic drama so this is one for me. Wang Kaimu has an eagle eye for choosing script in 2025.Since its their first collaboration that has aired (actually its second time when they were shoot this but i consider this as first time), i expected both of them have a chemistry and it turns out i was right about that.
The Plot is about FL dies after failed on her fifth time mission to get SML fall in love with her. So she (and the system) change her target to ML aka SML uncle.
I quite like Wang Gege character growth from helpless NPC into hopeless strategic. Luckily the system was not too scumbag and give mercy to our main leads, unlike other mission drama. Wang Kaimu always nailed as CEO role so it's a piece of cake for him. For mission role drama, they successfully put the premise and conclusion without getting too many plot holes and make the viewer confused.
Recommended to watch.

Decent but not memorable
Its basically another version of Guo Yuxin- Ma Xiao Yu drama but in ancient drama. And its second time i watch another version of Wang Haozhen-Lu Lulu version.Plot is same about ML who has fictional diseases to initiate a couple's relationship. Compare to Wang Haozhen-Lu lulu, ML is not really pushover. They added about FL modern life with ML while ML was actually has terminal illness. Despite their looks, the chemistry feels subpar. This is one of Cai Xinyang not so recommended drama for me. Lily Zai needs to improve her acting skill, her sad scene reminds me of the earlier works of Tian Tianyi.
50:50 for worth watch unless you are fans of both actors.

Did Zhang Lei just being called by production team last minute?
I watch this drama because of Han Yutong and i secretly want to see her chemistry with Zhang Lei. He is one of underrated actor in short drama.Personally Zhang Lei screentime feels like he is second man of this drama or should i say his existence is barely there. This drama is too focused on Lu Yifang (SML the scumbag) backstory, but his acting was...errr not memorable at all.
I should give my respect to Second Female Lead for act so unlikeable from the start. Han Yutong still giving her mercy by giving minimum effort to not make her overshine the male lead. I was disappointed with lack of Zhang Lei-Han Yutong screentime and lack of chemistry. It feels Zhang Lei just being called for deadline of the project for replacement. The ML actual characterization was not fully shown since they decided to give SML too much backstory while the ML potential growth was being erased by production team for SML.
Avoid this drama unless you just want to get your blood rises by seeing SML screentime.

brief of usual formula
Watch this because Dramabox promotion and it quite has not too long duration to cut the boredom.The plot is quite common about FL and SML was dating in secret. SML treat FL as doormat and prioritize his moonlight aka SFL. FL wants to break up with SML and it comes like usual drama. In this drama Xie Hongxin acting beats the FL and ML since he tends to play jerk in this drama and nails it.
For I know the FL and ML was actually IRL couple that is the reason they have such a chemistry for the character.
Recommend to watch only once.

Wang Daotie-Zhao Jia chemistry was good but something is lacking
This is my first Wang Daotie-Zhao Jia drama, i ever watch. The chemistry is sizzling and their love scenes are quite hot. The Stylist was having a bad day and the evidence is Zhao Jia cheap ass red dress that make her looks too tacky. The plot are being dragged in the middle and it was start to downhill. Jin Jianyu is perfect to play scumbag role, my head is boiling when he appears on drama.Only rewatch for once, unless you're CP fans.

The couple is quite boring
Maybe my biology skill is decreased but if the ML had twin, their DNA shouldn't be the same as 99.99% since DNA have different code but they make it same when they had twins.The story is about FL who supposed had interview for being ML twin whose actually celebrity but she met ML who already being drugged by green tea and they had sex. Since she thought the ML is celebrity she went to hide afraid to being exposed by media. Green Tea appear and claimed she had sex with ML. FL had quintuplet pregnancy. 5 years later, one of FL child come to ML celebrity party and claimed to being his son.
Maybe this is my first time to watch children has getting his actual father wrong. Zhang Xuan play dual male lead is still decent. The chemistry between Zhang Xuan and Guo Jing is not exist even their first kiss on the beginning was quite hot and their couple interaction is not satisfying to watch and lack of emotion.
Only deserve to watch once and you can forget since the drama is borderline into below average.

Classic romance that deserved to rewatch.
I craved for Tian Yu drama. She has alpha woman vibe. This is one of few short drama i first watch. Yu Long is actually better acting and chemistry with other female lead more than Yang Miemie. The sexual tension is there , their kisses is too hot and i notice the smudged lipstick!This basically FL, ML and ML assistant vs the whole character. FL characteristics and development are great for the older released. ML is not being too assertive The misunderstanding is clearly solved fast and they communicate with mind clear without being too dramatic. There is no plot hole
This is one of classic drama that deserve to rewatch again.

Second couple stole the show.
I was glad when He Congrui-Liu Nian and Zhong Zheng- Jia Yixuan would collab in short drama version of How dare you.The Plot is about FL who transmigrate into book to become concubine. She found ML who supposed to become cruel emperor was actually time traveller. The Both found SFL also time travelled too. Only SML are original character in the story.
The plot is about main couple focused. We never denied He Congrui-Liu Nian has the chemistry but Liu Nian needs to get proper acting since most of her character almost same like previous drama. Jia Yixuan stole the show by seducing SML into her lover but SML is not good as written on book. Zhong Zheng is good at playing antagonist in these scene. I was about to ship the second couple.
The ending is open ending since there is many thing to need more explanation. The ending scene shows it that much.

Insane Person Vs Crazy Person
Watch this drama because the theme is rarely explored in short drama. This giving me Stranger from Hell vibe but with Anti-Heroine POV.The Plot is about FL who wants to get psychiatric hospital and getting test psychiatrist and being assigned as normal person. FL psychiatrist give her dog to calm her mind. She tried to living normal but the her neighbor was bullying her. The Grandma, Husband, Wife who still pregnant and her naughty son make her life harder and it gets her nerve when they attack her dog because it was her last strand of being sane person.
I quite surprised Liu Xiaoxu made appearance as FL psychiatrist. Because this drama solely focused on Female Lead. The duration is not too long to watch so you can watch for less than 1 hour.
The only thing I don't like is Wang Xiaoyi's tone. Personally, she is one actor who better getting her voice dubbed by other person than by herself.
Still recommended to watch.

Even Zhang Chuxuan not saving in this drama
This is one of Zhang Chuxuan black hole drama for every part of it; The plot; the styling (the ugly makeup is that not ugly and not even trying shows this show has cheap budget).Even her character growth is not that really great despite how calculative the FL strategicI distracted by Lihao acting as ML in this drama. He is completey jerk in here. There is no character growth on this drama. The supporting cast acting are bad (the FL stepsister, FL dad). Zhang Chuxuan is on verge in this disaster drama. The plot is too much hole that make audience asks what really happened and suddenly they got answer but not solve the mystery. The editor and scriptwriter needs to get into class again.
Not really recommend to watch.

Zhang Chuxuan save this drama from disaster.
I watch this drama last year and rewatch this for few times and still like it even it was not the best drama.The Plot is about FL want to make register in administration and found out she still married for 6 years while she actually wanted to divorce from her estranged husband 4 years ago. FL ty to meet FL to finalize their divorce while ML saying the divorce is not from her decision. She has been single mother for a son and ML brother to become her godfather. ML found out she has secret child and wants to confort her.
I like the banter between Fang Zheng Nan and Zhang Chuxuan even they didnt have romance vibe but the banter is quite fun especially with ML assistant. The son is acting natural and not being forced. ML brother is just relief beside FL mess life, i love their platonic vibe.
The flaws in this drama is about ML character growth and the green tea, he never feel he is responsible for his doing and just blame FL while he always green tea on priority. The green tea put act as psychopath and i feel annoyed by her presence.
The ending is not of my liking, i prefer FL to end by no one.

Both actor on their comfort zone
This is highly visual pleasing CP even i am not their fans. The height is make me pleasant.Both actor are on their comfort acting zone, Chen Si on his CEO role and Meng Na on her seductress role.
The plot is about FL wants to seduce FL step sister fiancee to take a revenge on her step sister. The acting is not that great but not that bad. It was so-so. The banter is interesting because the sexual tension is there but i feel their acting range is not make me amazed.
Still watchable though.

Not that memorable drama
I watched it when i am on Huang Yunyun binge drama. Not really know of Cheng Qiaosi work. This is my first review about him. They have the chemistry feeling. The plot is kind of stupid because FL was 'cheated' with ML who didn't know they actually have sex together (The term is i cheated with my own husband). The hidden identity plot is quite frustrating. ML didn't have brain to investigate what really happened so too much misunderstanding.The MUA artist failed to hide ML real tattoo (please use the foundation more) which make me distracting.
Actually this work is not memorable even i watch few times there is no iconic scene.
