from the ones i've seen i would recommend to my star, where your eyes linger and splash splash love; all of those 3 are by far the best with solid story in a short amount of time, great acting and great romance.

the fact that song kang learned ballet for only 2 months and looks so graceful and good on the teaser... he's a really hardworking actor and i have no doubts he's going to pull this role off.

i just finished this and oh my god it's one of my favorite dramas now. but i can't forgive the writer and director for keeping me crying until the end. they even used pray and oh my angel, my favorite songs, to play on the very end and i don't even need to look on the mirror to see that my face is a crying mess. how come the dramas that end up on my list of favorites are always the ones that made me cry the most? i think i'm a masochist.

honestly tian ching was the best character lmao

the story is way too fast for such fantasy world, i watched til ep 4 now and they could easily at least try a more moderate pace for it and remove the useless scenes and long meaningless dialogues. 36 episodes should be more than enough for that. the characters doing senseless things and then explaining their actions in the next episode it's just not good and completely useless.

so i watched two episodes and it's not making any sense. whats with that girl throwing that sword or something in the freezing lake out of nowhere?? senseless

rumors about season 2 being confirmed soon, but i don't know when they'll be able to start filming. song kang is busy and booked with other dramas and apparently his enlistment date is in 2022 (i can't confirm tho). but i saw a pic of song kang filming sweet home season 1 back in august 2019 so i think they can manage a schedule for season 2 if they ever confirm it in the first place. anyways, watch sweet home on netflix to increase the views and keep netflix interested on a second season!

in most dramas is just out of nowhere and it doesn't really add up to the story or anything and yeah is shitty but i can understand why they did that in sweet home, specially after the ending. hyunsoo not remembering anything after his almost full transformation can be used as something for that monster who took over sang wook's body to take advange of and use him. remeber him saying he wanted to find others like them? maybe he wants to exterminte the humans and make a world for only monsters like them to live in and hyunsoo being in that state is perfect for him.
