One thing that crosses my mind is that RTZ is already 26, equipped with knowledge in both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. However, after finishing watching 10 episodes, I can't help but feel that he is portrayed as a teenager who still relies heavily on his parents for everything.

What a JERK ML! After the drunken incident, my blood starts to boil every time I see him, sticking every time with his beloved patient meng meng. There should be a limit for everything, but I think he's going overboard. I understand that this isn't a romance drama, and I don't expect any kind of fluffy or overly caring attitude from him, but what bothered me was his action to simply leave TT there, which led to such a dangerous outcome and there was no trace of guilt or remorse.

thank you so much for the reply. Yes, Im kinda sad that they replaced the original cast. I think to make this series successful the drama team will have to put in extra effort and lots of energy cuz i think none of the actors/actresses from the recent cast is that renowned.
