I remember watching a British drama (series) similar with this synopsis. I think the title is Liar too. How come did not mention it’s a adaption or remake? Not sure if story runs the same as the British drama..the ML there is ‘gone case’.. Quite sure Yoon Yeon Seok’s caliber can do this role well..

Crown Prince is Mu Wuhou, related to counterfeit case. The one that helped FL is Fourth Prince, Mu Wuxia. The baddie Mu Wonyin is the 3rd Prince. He is currently pretending not interested in palace stuff & he will fall for the FL. I think he could also be secretly working with Lu Huo (FL evil Queen mother)..just my guess..

This drama is really funny & enjoying so much. But, I am afraid that I am going to start disliking the FL if she continue to put Nan Heng in the bad light (because past script was written like that) and not do a fact check when something goes wrong…thinking it’s always Nan Heng’s fault. I really like Bai Lu Xian Xia drama..I am on till episode 14 but this drama feels like a drag. The pairing of the MLs not really outstanding..no couple feel. The editing and storyline are not engaging at all. I probably have to give up. Still missed Bai Lu in Till the end of the moon..that’s the best and I rewatch few times already. Nothing beats that drama.

Well..kind of difficult to explain the meaning as per single word. Chinese words usually have 2 to 3 or more characters in order to have a meaning. The 蛮 (in The Prisoner of Beauty) usually pair with characters that give the meaning of “pretty good (蛮好) or pretty bad (蛮坏)”. And 蔓 (in Destiny of Love) usually pair with characters that gives the meaning of grow, extend or spread. Not sure you get what I mean😅. .. Chinese characters are vast..you can pair with so many characters to give different meanings. .
It’s been a long while waiting for Lee Jae Wook’s drama. He is really good here. His previous drama..Impossible Heir…so excited but could not even finish episode 1 (not because of him)… Hoping to see his drama soon.
It’s too good to skip. Lee Jae Wook fighting scenes and the chemistry between the leads are really good…you feel for them.. though sad ending..it’s done in a beautiful way… should not miss it..
