If u saw the interview part, she out matched the other applicants (by doing splits and speaking chinese which I'm sure doesn't help get govt official job) and had a lot of energy unlike the other old ppl. And yes, 28 is considered pretty old to have no job experience when ur being compared to ppl in their early 20s. The job market is cruel, younger applicant's are often given priority. Plus its Asia.
