this was such a great watch with a very powerful message. I found myself rewinding a lot of scenes because I cannot catch up to the subtitles as I get engrossed too much on the acting.
I saw the trailer and got interested, I read the reviews and was ready to give it up, then in reading the comments, this just made me curious. I was hoping for some spoilers about why this should be a miss, but people were also confused and just accepted their fate. ahahah
you get close too close to justice and so you better carry it with great responsibility... At first episode, I thought that these 2 were borderline vigilantes, and true enough it shows how switches can affect those who work with law/justice and people in general.
The last episode had a sneak peek of what people can do for justice Police officers are STILL people with emotions and have their own choices thus it is important to have a sound mind, which is complicated once emotions and subjective perspectives are involved. But hey, this is what makes things interesting and worthy to explore into.
The drama tackles about grief, forgiveness, and even talking to us to not to be too hard on oneself, and that life can go on as long as we have breath. Life is hard, but it can be beautiful to those who persevere (or not, well, you just have to live it out to find out and make a choice even though it can be limited :)).
I will surely miss everyone in MIU 4. I hope we all meet people who can make us better and may we be in return contribute to others being better. Covid and the pandemic has been calmer now (2022), and I can just imagine how this would have impacted me while I felt that the world was not very livable (rewind to 2020, when this was released) and we live everyday in normal fear... this would truly have been hope :)
This is why I love dramas. It can be based in reality, exaggeration and hyperbole are inevitable, nevertheless, it sparks hope and thoughts that leads to perseverance....
Lastly, this show has made up to all the dramas and movies where police were always late. hahahha, MIU are the earliest, but still might be late when it is in a thriller/horror genre. heehhe. I never thought or consider to be a police growing up but I might have otherwise if I had a different switch.. :D
Thank you for this drama, I genuinely enjoyed this from first to end.
