Oh, I didn't know that, but I am Pakistani and speak Urdu while my mother language is Punjabi so they can clearly understand or speak Urdu as well so Hindi/Urdu are mostly same and also OTT platforms like Netflix-Disney-Prime dub the dramas in that way so more audience can watch it. It includes India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, maybe some in Afghanistan or Iran. I know when dubbing was just in starting phase back then in 2020s they make so bad dubbing and used a lot of Indian words which targeted only Indian audiences, but now when I watch some Netflix Hindi dub dramas with my family, it's like they are speaking my own language!
