he is tho because he didn't just manipulate teenagers and jae hui for their own good but for his own and he just like things going according to his plan which is shown when he made su yeol go to prison since that was the role that yunho wanted for him since before so honestly i don't see him as anything other than a manipulative bastard who likes controlling the weak and unfortunate and get satisfied by that
