He could've went to the Alius community that the wife made. Such a bleak and depressing ending with the shitty police winning. The look on Kanzaki's eyes in the end is so sad and terrifying.... I know there won't be but I wish they would make a season 2 with Kanzaki being set free somehow. I wouldn't mind a season 2 with him as a villain slaughtering all these trash police people as revenge
OMGG just discovered that the name of the "main villain" (Sakaki Soma) is the name of the MC of the manga series ALIUS!!! Definitely reading that after I watch the last episode now. Will be interesting to read how he got here.

They tried to frame it as a happy ending with the music and whatnot but it's really tragic.
God..... I watched this for Endo but this is the most DISGUSTING show i've ever seen. The VICTIM'S Father has an affair with the MURDERER'S Mother?? wtf? Ewww!! How does someone fall in love with the mother of the kid that killed his son? I would be disgusted to have him as my father. His poor son.... Also, why the hell was the dead son in a relationship with an ADULT woman?? Like how many disgusting things did this show want to have?

His dad then went and attacked that colleague with a hammer on his leg multiple times. I guess any kid would be traumatized of that and of relationships in general.

Gojo was the killer of her husband (dude was literally just bored and decided to supply foreign military with money, which is why he made this gang). he fights with the Yagami ( he could’ve easily killed her from the beginning if he wasn’t a moron and decided to throw away his gun). at the end he shoots himself when the rest of the detectives come to where they are.
Just finished episode 4!!! Honestly expected the identity of the main villain. Kawakami would've been so obvious so I eliminated him from my suspect list. Also, Kora Kengo always excels in villain roles!! Honestly happy that he is the villain since I love him as an evil character. God damn tho!!! a detective being the boss of a gang that evil!!! I wonder why! just money?? He did mention his wife dying. I wonder if that has anything to do with it? like maybe he started holding grudges toward the police or the city after a certain incident? Well either way there is no excuse for that! he literally murdered so many innocents in cold blood.

So looks like Kanzaki is one of the ALIUS! I did suspect that in the middle of the episode when he mentioned that his parents raised him by telling him over and over not to trust or have any expectations from people. This made me think maybe his parents were Alius and he inherited that. Maybe the killer is one his parents? who knows
