I just finished a drama with the most evil florist FL ever. It was all about lies and secrets too. The trauma from that will cloud my mind when watching this lmao.

I hate how all the psychopathic and evil people had a happy ending and the only two characters I cared about (the ML and Sota) ended sad or dead....
Also god worst FL in history!! the biggest psychopath here. She could’ve saved him if she just called the ambulance!! My boy deserves happiness 😭😭 He was about to start anew with his friend that actually cares about him but she just had to kill him. She didn’t want him to leave and wanted him to love her forever.
Was so proud tho when he answered her “ i will never belong to anyone” before dying. I just wish he lived 😭 i do believe that Sota will find out the truth and expose them in the future tho! I don’t think he would give up. Midori is definitely gonna say something out of guilt. I do feel bad for Sota as he clearly can’t adjust to a life without him.
Also NO! I don't agree with what Midori said. Honoka doesn’t love Masamichi. If anything Sota loved him more and just wanted him to be happy. Honoka was just making up excuses and was a selfish devil till the end.

not everything is about romance… some people also want good casting for non-romance shows. If you only watch romance then maybe this show is not for you 🤷🏻♀️

They are right about one thing, Kenshin really isn't likable. Plenty of positive, cheerful characters like him…
Ikr??? it all seems fake. He just sounds like he has a god complex and looks down on everyone but acts kind to mask that. Everything he says sounds backhanded.
Maybe I should rewatch since its on Netflix now lmao.
Also, maybe because I watched this before the original, I way prefer this version.
The ending is better (although that is because the sequel manga wasn't out when the original came out). I prefer the male lead of this version too. I don't really love Yamapi's acting overall (although Kurosagi wasn't his worst role) and I preferred this 2022 take on Kurosagi with more emotions that mask all his trauma. I also couldn't physically watch Katsuragi's scenes in the original because I kept getting disgusted by the food and the noises he made lmao. that is probably more of a me thing since I am sensitive to sounds. So like I literally had to skip all his scenes which ruined the experience for me. I guess I did prefer Katsuragi's relationship with Kurosaki in this too. The detective was as annoying in both versions so oh well i guess he is serving his purpose lmao.
