I kud you not, just went and rewatched to see what word they are using when referring to Meen, and the subtitles now say "she" and "Meen" so it looks like it got fixed? Also, they only refer to her as "the victim" and "khun Meen" no other pronouns in the scenes I rewatchef 👍

Thai doesn't really have gendered pronouns (unless you are referring to a gendered role like mother or father) so this is definitely a problem with the translation/subtitles.
