ha in suk. he played a double spy but was made the right decision in being loyal to do jun. even when he almost died and was almost imprisoned, his faith in do jun didn't waver. and until the end, his loyalty was still with do jun, that's why he was so broken when do jun died

i wish they'll make a spin-off rather than a continuation of the story. a story within the same world would be nice, as the ending is already perfect as it is

exactly! given cha si yeong's character, i think this is only the end he deserves - no friends or family by his side. it would've been unrealistic if he admitted his faults at the end

he wants to be a good father symbol to his nephew, and even though he know he should admit his mistakes done in the past, "looking righteous" is already ingrained in him that he can't admit his mistakes in the end

he wants kang tae joo to be his friend as he knows he can rely on him no matter what. but he also knows that kang tae joo wont sit still when he takes advantage of the weak, which he does to keep his name clean and good-smelling to his father, hence they cant be friends.
