I am here for the CELLS!. šŸ’•
Yes, love the cells - so adorable and relatable. Naughty is indeed hilarious. I am so happy to see them back and some new ones too. The tongue in S2 was super funny when he was rubbing himself with the mint - I was laughing at the scenes - so creative how they handled french kissing LOL. I hope he comes back this season.

I still miss woonga 😣😣😣😣... they had the best romantic chemistry. Miss him so so much. It took me…
I rewatched S1 and S2 and yes, Woong was the best (I also like the actor who had a lot to do with it) and I do miss him as well.

I’m rewatching both seasons while waiting for next episodes. I have forgotten so many things and enjoying it…
Same here - trip back on nostalgia lane. The cells are so so adorable and relatable.

I think this is the first time I get personally angry watching a scene in a drama. I guess its' a pet peeve of…
Usually I would also object but I know I would never be able to reverse out of the kind of parking garage and woul freak too LOL. But I think they wanted to show an unexpected side to SR.

they explained the hair in the first episode. She’s so dedicated she cut it all off aka when she’s writing…
I also think her hair is still shorn from when she was doing the movie The Price of Confession where she had an almost buzz cut as a prison inmate. Suits her though - she has the features to carry it off.

Title Yumi's Cells Season 3 Spoiler
I was reading this again cause i don’t remember their story that much. The creators given lot Sun Rok’s scenes…
Yes, I found the manga on Webtoon and binged it as well. They did give a lot of SR's scenes to Babi so I am curious what they plan to do for SR. Assume they needed to condense the scenes quite a bit. So I am kinda glad they diverge so it's going to be a surprise for us in S3 as to how SR's journey with Yumi emerges.

Title Yumi's Cells Season 3 Spoiler
So happy 3 rd season started šŸ«¶šŸ¼ but just annoyed that he doesn’t want to talk and she keeps talking to…
I suspect he is shy around her because he has a major crush on her and loves her books. So it's awkward and she interprets his actions as rude or uncaring. I could be wrong but end of episode 2 and his feedback on her novel gives a hint. Anyway - they would have to have a reason to keep working together so they get to know each other and for Yumi to change her mind about him. Just my educated guess. Excited to see how they manage this turnaround in 6 short episodes. Yumi is still the same - kudos to KGE maintaining her character so accurately even after so many years. She's one of my favorite actresses. So natural in her acting and beauty as well. She portrays Yumi as a quiet beauty that catches you unawares and once it grabs you, you can't look away. I totally can see why all the males leads (s1 and s2) fall head over heels for her. I hope ML is able to carry it off if he's going to convince us he is better for Yumi than Wung or Babi (acted by more seasoned actors whom I really like as well).

Title Yumi's Cells Season 3 Spoiler
i need spoiler..when and how ML realizes or shows he loves her?
Just conjecture but I think ML has a major crush on her which is why he asked to be swapped out. The scene near end of e2 where it shows him with her books on his desk says I think he admires her a lot and is somewhat intimidated around her but she interprets it as being rude. Anyway - that's just my guess based on the ending of e2. I wish they did not make us wait a whole week for the next episodes.

I binge-watched two seasons in two days and now I'm waiting for this one. I hope it doesn't disappoint!
Same here. Little sleep last night LOL so now have to power through work day but it was fun catching up with the cells - and they are still as adorable as ever in S3.

Person Zhao Lu Si
guys is romance of tiger and rose worth watching?
Yes it was the drama that introduced me to ZLS. Also the drama that started all the copy cat dramas of time-traveling into a novel. So it was ground breaking but also very well done.

there are a few chapter where soonrok specify yumi nuna status and acts very cute around it (at least, his cells,…
Double standard here as men dating younger women nobody seems to bat an eye. So maybe check your own bias.

On Yumi's Cells Season 3 Apr 5, 2026
How come no one is talking about the cells? I am most excited to meet up with some new cells - hers and his - they are what make the whole drama LOL. Going to Japan in Summer, hoping the drama is popular enough there so I can pick up an actual cell figurine. Anyone know if they exist?

I thought he was the weakest part of what was otherwise a great cast and story. He simply wasn't convincing as…
I agree. Looks aside, when the ML's or FL's physique is too skinny or frail especially when playing warriors or generals leading troops into battle, I have to work hard to suspend disbelief. So I totally understand the military commentary. That being said, it wasn't his physique that made me drop the drama - the overall acting and plot just didn't pull me in enough to stay the whole way. I did enjoy The Double and here as well both leads were also idol looking but the plot and acting was able to draw me in and keep me watching.

The ending was quite satisfying. Happy overall with this drama. Now...to find the next one worth watching. No decent c-dramas lately so I am watching k-dramas mostly.

Title Phantom Lawyer Spoiler
The basic plot is already having bullet holes and potholes in it. Point #1 How is he earning money? Which living…
I don't think this show is meant to be logical and things are written that way to drive the plot forward and keep audience in suspense. That being said, a bit of lazy writing on part of scriptwriter. Maybe it will all tie up together and make sense at the end - I am hoping anyway for points #2-4. #1 yeah I also wonder how the heck this guy makes a living long-term if his only clients are ghosts? #5 LOL kinda same as fight scenes, where the hero is surrounded by a bunch of bad guys and they take turns to attack him. It might be more "realistic" (as much as a drama about ghost clients can be) if he gets a whole bunch of cases like they show in other Korean lawyer dramas and his ghost clients have to queue up or he gets to select which ones he wants to take one. But I guess the director/writer decided to keep it stupid and simple for the audience.

Title Phantom Lawyer Spoiler
Maybe he's angry because it's first time a lawyer has managed to defeat their law firm.
I think he's just suspicious as their cases keep overlapping. I would be too if some random lawyer keeps popping up on my radar, and knows things about my cases no outsider should know about. And given his rather immoral approach to things, guess he is not going to admit to finding the body as then people will question him on how he came to know. So I don't think he was planning to frame ML but just looking out for himself.

Someone else was pondering on the same issue last week.So far the question has not been solved i think XDFirst…
Maybe he burns some ghost paper money LOL for payment. Now that would be a nice plot addition/twist. The ghosts pay him with paper money which he burns and it becomes real money. Although not sure if Korean death rites include burning of paper money and goods like in Chinese burial traditions to send these possessions for dead to use in afterlife.

Title Phantom Lawyer Spoiler
Five episodes in and I give you my likes and dislikes…Likes- The cast is great especially the ML and his family…
Yes that is a plot hole but it's probably intentional because part of the comedy/suspense is in the ML not being able to control when he will be possessed so audience is kept on their toes hoping he doesn't get hurt or hurt someone (as his mother foreshadowed in her script to him in ep 5/6). But I agree a bit lazy on scriptwriter's part. I also keep wondering as I watch how the heck this guy is going to make a living as a lawyer especially as he claims to his mother he will continue to do this as a "calling". Guess it's a comedy so I just have to suspend logic (because the whole plot of ghosts and possession etc is well not logical) and just enjoy the ride. Both leads are great in their role but I would have expected no less of them given it is Esom and Yoon Seok. I also love Kim Mi Kyung - she is the ultimate ajhumma and slays in any role.
