The outfit and the hair styles really nice, pretty close with that era, especially the hair for all the men, they all had sleek hair styles, it seems the production really put effort in the wardrobe dept and i really appreciated it, cause i feel going back to that era while watching it, but the plotline not so intriguing to me and there're some scenes still illogical, but still good watch

yes, agree with you. It bother me to watch the Japanese speak chinese in the time like that, because historically the china under Japan, Before the cdrama also make the westerner speak chinese not english LoL. Fortunately the current cdrama better with the westerner speak properly of english.
I really appreciate the drama of Last Goodbye to Mama, the one character there as japanese almost all at the beginning speak that language fluently, no surprise because of the actor study at Japan. I hope the other time, cdrama can do it properly, especially like a Minguo Drama.
