I keep my low expectation before starting this drama,and this is one of those underrated dramas. I'm satisfied with the twist of the ending, the story well written and fast pace. For the acting, it's not bad, but really need improvements from all the casts. First time watching zhou ye, her acting is mediocre in my opinion but i see her potential if she diligent enough to take acting class, she has the onscreen persona that not many individual has. I can see improvement from wang xing yue after watch him in forever and ever or one and only(?), yeah my memory can't catch up which one is the period one, lol.

I'm on ep 6, so far so good, Alice ke used her own voice in the chinese drama, is a good point for me to watch this drama, caused i already used to heard her voice. It will be hard to enjoy the drama if they decided to dub her

Their family already raised and adopted her, but she still used her biological Surname, after the mother noticed his son feeling, she decided to changes it to their family surname

The last 5 min made me frustrating lol. It will be nice if they intent to make s2, but if not, sigh, i want a proper ending.

yes, i never disliked her character also, somehow i can relate to her how the teenager strugle for acceptance from their friends

I just watched this remake at ep2, yes, i watching it with a snail pace, so i cant comment much about the potrayal of this remake. But in the OG, i dont think so she is selfish or annoying, but rather i think she is not a sosialize person and in my personal opinion she is so pitiful, wont tell you much, caused it will be kind a spoiler.

By the way, this will have a chinese remake too, i hope they wont ruin the OG, lol.
The korean remake i think not bad at all so my hope now the chinese can also make the "proper" remake as the korean

@sinasina, i think the korean ver is okay, not bad at all, but the OG is so good, that's the problem for the people that watched the OG first, also the remake too early to made IMHO, if they made the remake for the 2029, maybe it would have better impact 😁

Alice Ke has her own charm, she's not typical pretty actress, but her acting ability made her " The Actress"

The taiwan ver older that JYB, i blame for the korean stylist, cause they made JYB make up too thick as the high scholler, if the make up do better, i think there no problem as alice ko filming this drama at her mid 30

My opinion, the OG first, the korean is good, but there no "soul" like the original, the people behind the original really care about this drama, how they choose the songs, how they cut the end of every eps, even the open and ending credit really meaningful and you will realized after you finished the drama, oh, they already made the spoiler from the open and ending credit

The remake good, but somehow i cant attach for the characters at the kdrama version

1-2 eps hard to watch for me either, it made me feel been trick by the comments at OG page when i first watched it after it ended, not really know what the drama want to deliver, why interesting when the scenes and story so melancholic and bored to me, but then after eps 3, and watched more episodes, the tangle begin loose, i realize how important the 2 first episodes, without her devastating lost of her loved ones, she no way want to travel back to meet him that's why the literaly drama title not "someday or one day", but "wanted to see you"

i think it's good they change some parts, and the iconic scenes they not deleted it, i just watched the first ep, and see the drawing of running in the rain, so i guessed, this iconic scenes they not changed it.
If they copy paste and frame to frame from the OG, it would make me make comparison lol, so glad they not do that, and i can watch it like another drama. will be continue after my other dramas ended (my journey to you)

yes, the korean version more flashy and so nice at the property set, but the acting skills, mostly for alice ke, she so good. you can easily forget she on her mid 30 playing the high schooler, but greg hsu also so dashing and patrick so loveable, like poor puppy, lol

i just started the remake, and warched the first eps, but as the reminder, please bare for the 2 eps for the original version, coz i feel boring at it, but after that you will find how the each eps so interesting, i'm glad i watched this after all eps airing.😁

some people are really fanatics to korean dramas, and always want the korean dramas more superiors than other countries, they feel alergics with other than kdramas LoL. Honestly i already rare watched kdramas from 2017, yup that already so long. In early 2000, kdramas story really good, but now it's so typical, the improvement only at the production, cinematography,etc, but the story line so decline from the early 2000.
This remake is not bad, but i remember when i really pissed off with the overrated comments from the scarlet heart ryeo, how superior it was from the OG, while in reality the ryeo adaption really bad.

After watched first ep, i think this drama as standalone is not bad, but definetly can't beat the OG. 8/10 for me.
I think JYB acting better than at the vincenzo, she has doing a good job in this drama, but I dont know why Alice Ke acting made me heartache and drawn me to her both characters.
