In ep 1 - when the female mgr was looking at her watch - was she expecting someone to not show up due to her strategic planning? Or was she just waiting for someone to be incompetent and not show up?

this FL is disappointing in appearance and getting a clue.

all the other female characters are put together nicely like young adults. this chick is walking around with a school uniform on and a ratty ponytail. And her focus on this bum is disturbing me.
