I am rewatching the double - when snake face Shen Yurong had them request a marriage decree for Jiang Li - it reminded me of Jin Qi.

They both had no other way to get what they wanted but a decree changes things.
To me Jin Qi's decree is just as nasty as Shen Yurong's.

😂 I am still waiting for some underlying truth to be revealed about Jin Qi asking for it - because I am still struggling to believe that he was that selfish, inconsiderate and desperate that he would do that.

Even more pissed that he did not speak to her before or after but waited until THE FREAKING WEDDING DAY.
