Back in the mortal realm and dealing with distrust

Love the interaction between the leads and happy we don't see much of the trouble making character. Truly sad to see there's lots of distrust in TTJ's heart, but understandable as it feels like his character is learning to become more human.

So sweet!

Shy Tantai Jin is the sweetest! Preparing for the next episode of sweetness and then bracing myself for the pain that's yet to come. I really hope we get to have our leads paired together in a third collaboration.

Happy to return to the mortal realm

Enjoying seeing Tantai Jin's heart start to move as he warms to our FL. I'm not looking forward to the angst and mess we're expecting to see in the next few episodes after 20 and onward. Hoping we get a happy and not a sad or open ending.

Unresolved anger towards the end of TH's character

I read in the comments that this character's ending was more satisfying in the novel. Unsure if it was due to the editing, but her ending/death was not the least bit enough to resolve the viewers hatred.

Intense rage over the murder of SJ's clan

Not quite finished with the dream/immortal arc, but almost there. The tragic loss SJ suffers is beyond what I expected and Bailu portrays the emotions, grief, and anger amazingly.

Dream arc's storyline is tragic

There are so many missed chances and moments in this arc. It's difficult to not feel the angst and pure hatred for the second FL, TH. Even though we know how things will unfold in this storyline, it doesn't help ease the pain we feel for MY and SJ.

Immortal arc is a feast for all the senses

This arc lasts for 5 episodes. Colors are vibrant and it's remarkable how much the personas of both leads change. Settings are elaborate and the story is still engaging.

Dynamics between our FL & Fox sister!

In front of and behind the camera, loving the interaction between our fox jie jie and Li Susu. Hoping they have more scenes together in this drama.

Bai Lu is killing it with her acting and Luo Yunxi is delivering everything and more

Cannot rave enough about how stellar the acting, scenes, and music are for this Cdrama. Love how both leads continue to save each other.

Playing in the snow scene

The scene of our two leads playing in the snow both on screen and behind the scenes were so giving. It just doesn't feel like they're acting. Amazing chemistry.

Bai Lu's expressive acting

Luo Yunxi's acting by itself is on another level, but paired with Bai Lu, they both excel higher. Love the introduction of spells and more special effects which I normally find distracting, but work so well here.

Visuals are breathtaking and captivating

Glad to see feelings and characters evolve as we progress further into the story. Looking forward to the arcs into the other lives of our leads.

How are these two so good together?

Hoping there's a 3rd production with Luo Yunxi and Bai Lu. Cannot get enough of them together! So far, the story is evolving well and there isn't any boring parts yet. Engaging script and acting.

Storyline flows smoothly

Love that Luo Yunxi's real voice is used and wish Bai Lu's was as well, but it hasn't hindered the story or been distracting. Wish there were more episodes than 40.
