I guess Julia was dubbed because they wanted a higher pitched and cute voice for RR. I saw her weibo cooking video yesterday and she sounded soothing and mature. I prefer her natural voice actually but dubbing gets her closer to the image they wanted for the character. I think the same goes for DW. His voice can sound gentle at times.
