Im not surprised. Idol dramas usually have a hard time on Douban. Their reviewers seem to focus on storyline and the more serious stuff. The front half of POJ was indeed very good but it got dragged down by the rest.

Also the ones who voted first are usually the fans, giving the highest scores. Then the general viewers come in and give it more neutral scores. Nevertheless, 9.1 is already amazing!
