I respect your opinion. But, for me, the story developed exactly the way it was supposed to. It’s less about…
you know what, I respect your opinion as I said before. It may have felt slow or repetitive to you, but for me, it worked within the tone of the story, and I genuinely enjoyed it.
Plus Pyo Ye Jin in the cast it's sure a hell of a bonus 😉

I think we just see it differently. Calling the characters one-dimensional feels a bit reductive, especially considering how much of their depth is tied to the past-life storyline and how it gradually connects to the present. I do see that they could've done a better work showing that, but still I enjoyed the drama. Plus, I strongly disagree about the acting. Pyo Ye Jin’s performance in the past-life storyline was actually pretty solid.Han Rita is a character driven by trauma, loss, and revenge, and she portrayed those emotional layers convincingly. Kim also did a great job.
I can agree that the present timeline could have been written better, but that doesn’t invalidate the entire drama.
I still enjoyed it for what it was, especially the emotional aspects and the past-life storyline, and I finished it satisfied.

I was bored from A to Z. The story was not compelling. The acting had nothing special. The end would leave you…
I get why it might feel slow or not compelling for some people, but I don’t think it’s fair to say it’s only for Kim Young Dae fans.
The drama is more of a character-driven, emotional story with a reincarnation theme, so it won’t work if you’re expecting something fast-paced.
Personally, I think it’s more about the tragic relationship and how the past and present connect, and that’s where it becomes interesting.
btw: the acting in the past life is pretty solid

This is like Among Us, instead of finding a killer its about finding whos the mistress. It had potential but no.Eps…
I respect your opinion. But, for me, the story developed exactly the way it was supposed to. It’s less about “finding the mistress” and more about the consequences, character growth, and emotional fallout.

it’s heartbreaking, uncomfortable, and at the same time, somehow full of warmth. the story is very heavy, but it focuses so much on love, healing, and family support.
the acting is incredible — especially the parents. you can feel every bit of their pain, but also their strength trying to protect and rebuild their daughter’s world.
it’s not an easy watch at all, but it’s beautiful in a very human way.
cried a lot. like… a lot.

Based on the description, the story is about the female protagonist. So how was Hwang cast first?
It might just be a scheduling conflict with the actress they want

they're probably waiting to build up the hype
that's true, but i can't think of anything else for a reason.
I mean, everyone knows they’re going to cast a super famous actress as the female lead, so I don’t know why it’s taking them so long to announce it. It’s not going to be a surprise anyway.
