Everything I hoped for

What a great start!. Lee Joon Gi is as intense and wonderful and beautiful as I hoped. Lee Soo Hyuk is delightfully villianous. What a great face-off this will be. Lee Hyun Woo and the bromance really made this episode. Kim Soo Eun hit the right note of innocence and sweetness as Myung hee. The pacing was terrific, with so much action, romance, angst and setup packed into one hour.

Another very promising episode

There was a lot of exposition to set up the "present day" story after the jam packed back story in the first episode, so it wasn't quite as exciting, but there was a lot to love about this episode, too. Sung Yeol has naturally changed a lot in 120 years of vampire existence, and Lee Jun Ki captures the tired angst as well as he captured the new horror and torture in the first episode. Lee Soo Hyuk is also great as Gwi. I'm not sure about Changmin yet, but I'll withhold judgment.

This just doesn't do it for me.

I know this drama is a classic and one of the highest rated ever, but I'm finding it too boring to continue. It is just too long and slow for my taste. It seemed like nothing interesting happened this whole episode.
