why would he tho? yes sure he had all the chances to, but that wouldve placed his family in danger too ig? we never saw his wife he mentioned, i wonder if he made that up lol. i think him not going was kinda realistic, he had a big position in nk, in sk he wouldve had to start all over again yk.. n smth w going w kyunam probably didnt sit right w him lol, his relation w kyunam looked complicated, the book gifted they were friends or smth, but ig at some point it turned bitter, one of the reasons might be cs of their social diff, hyunsang is obv wealthy n kyunam is not. hyunsang prolly resents him, n himself for it too. ok i yapped a lot 😭 there's this headcanon of mine i believe that kyunam was acc hyunsang's first crush, b4 he met the other boy in russia lol, maybe this played a part in his n kyunams relation going astray
