Honestly, the WU Series was a really enjoyable watch! It’s not a perfect drama, but there’s a lot to love about it. The storyline was interesting enough to keep me watching, and I really liked how the plot developed as the episodes went on. There were some parts that felt a little slow or could have been developed better, but overall, I was still invested in the story and the characters.
The chemistry between the leads was definitely one of my favorite parts. 😭💗 Their interactions were cute, and there were so many moments that had me smiling at my screen. I also really liked seeing the characters grow throughout the series and watching their relationships develop naturally instead of everything happening instantly.
And obviously, we HAVE to talk about the actors because everyone is so handsome??? 😭 Like seriously, the visuals were giving. The cast fit their characters really well, and their performances made the drama even more enjoyable. Even during the slower moments, I was still happily watching because the cast was carrying the visuals HARD. 😂
I think what kept me watching was the overall atmosphere of the series. It had a good balance of romance, emotional moments, and lighter scenes, so it never felt completely heavy. There were definitely things I would have liked to see explored more, especially with certain characters and parts of the storyline, but I still had a great time watching it.

My School President is such a cute, wholesome, and feel-good drama! 😭❤️ I honestly had such a good time watching this. It’s one of those shows that can instantly put you in a better mood because of how fun, sweet, and comforting the whole story feels.
I really enjoyed the plot. It’s simple but genuinely entertaining, and I love how the story focuses not only on the romance but also on friendship, music, school life, dreams, and growing up. The pacing is good, and the characters have enough time to develop naturally without the story feeling overly complicated.
And Tinn and Gun??? 😭❤️ Their chemistry is EVERYTHING. I loved watching their relationship slowly develop, especially all the cute little moments between them. The awkwardness, the flirting, the supportive moments—everything was just SO adorable. Their relationship gave me butterflies way too many times. 🥹
The friendship group is also one of my favorite parts. Everyone has their own personality, and their interactions make the drama even more enjoyable. It has such a warm, nostalgic, coming-of-age feeling that made me completely invested in the characters and their lives. It’s the kind of series that feels comforting while you’re watching it, but also leaves you thinking about the characters after the episode ends.
I really loved the storyline and how the characters were developed. Everyone had their own struggles, feelings, and personal stories, and I enjoyed watching them grow throughout the series. The friendships were also such an important part of the story, and I loved seeing how the characters supported each other while dealing with their own problems.
And the ROMANCE??? 😭🫶 The relationships had so many cute and emotional moments. I loved the little interactions, the awkwardness, the jealousy, the misunderstandings, and especially those quiet moments where you could tell exactly what the characters were feeling without them even saying anything.
Also, THE CAST??? Everyone looked SO GOOD. 😭 Like seriously, the visuals were giving throughout the entire series. Honestly, I really wanted to like this series, especially because I had high expectations going in, but unfortunately it just did NOT work for me. 😭 The story felt messy and confusing, and instead of making me excited to see what would happen next, I often found myself wondering what was even going on.
The biggest problem for me was the plot. It had so much potential, but the execution just wasn’t there. A lot of things felt rushed or underdeveloped, and some of the storylines didn’t feel like they were going anywhere. I wanted more depth from the characters and their relationships, but instead, I felt disconnected from most of them.
The pacing also made it difficult to stay invested. There were moments that could have been really interesting or emotional, but they didn’t hit the way they should have. I kept waiting for the story to finally become more engaging, but unfortunately, it never really got there for me.
And compared to the original Only Friends, this one just didn’t give me the same excitement. 😭 I know every series doesn’t have to be the same, but I was expecting something that would make me feel strongly about the characters, and instead I mostly felt frustrated and bored.
The actors did what they could, and there were definitely some good individual moments, but the writing and overall execution made it hard for me to fully enjoy their performances. Even the chemistry didn’t feel strong enough to carry the weaker parts of the story.
Overall, Only Friends: Dream On gets a 1/10 from me. 😭 I really tried to give it a chance, but the plot, pacing, character development, and execution just weren’t working for me. It had potential, but unfortunately, potential alone isn’t enough.
Very disappointing. I wanted to love it, but I just couldn’t. 😭
