I really wonder why this drama receives so much hate. It's actually not much different than any other korean drama. It's the same as usual. The story is "normal" (crossdressing of the protagonist to achieve something), a love story and many many hardships. It's nothing new, really.

And about the ending, which was especially criticized: I think the ending wasn't bad. At least it didn't leave me heartbroken. I think it was a quite ok-ending.
But what I missed was a continuation of the relationship of the President and Team Leader Han. This really is missing. Or the reaction of the people upon finding out that Seung Yeon is female. And what did she do afterwards? What about M2 Junior? And what about Woo Hyun? What did he do? It was really an 'ultimate' open ending.

But what irritated me (not necessarily meant bad) the most, was the resemblance of Park Yoo Hwan (Kang Woo Hyun) to his brother. At first I didn't even know that he is the brother of Park Yoo Chun. The resemblance is really astonishing.

At the end I want people who read this review to give the drama a chance. It's really not half as bad as everybody may think. Just give it a try and if you still don't like it, you can drop it anytime.

That was definitely a strange movie. Actually I started watching it by accident. I didn't know what it's about or anything at all (not even the name at the beginning). But the beginning got me somehow interested. So I decided to give it a try and I am actually not sure if I regret it.

This movie was one of the strangest things I've ever watched. It sometimes creeped me really out and I didn't always know what to do with the information that was revealed bit by bit during the movie.
The characters sometimes really made me feel awkward with their doings and most of the time I just wasn't able to relate to what theiry're actually doing. But their behavior sometimes really got under my skin and sometimes made me feel really uncomfortable.

All in all it wasn't a bad movie and it would even be recommendable if that is the kind of movies you like but it just wasn't MY style. I don't really like gloomy and psychotic movies.

Heirs was probably one of the most anticipated dramas this year. I couldn't wait to watch it because I just loved the cast and the story sounded promising to me. But although I liked the idea of the whole thing I started watching it without any expectations because I tend to expect too much and end up being disappointed (I normally expect too much that one can't possibly answer my expectations).
So this time I just wanted to spend time with some of my favorite actresses and actors and have a good time.

One of the things I liked the most about the drama were actually the characters. Although I wasn't fond of all of them I had a great time watching them interact with each other and grow as the story went on.
If you compare any character from their self of the first episode and then see them in the last episode, you can see how much they've changed. Even Tan's father whom I saw as bad ahjussi could make me hate him less at the end.
[Although the Chairwoman stayed annoying]
But the person that probably went through the most change was Choi Young Do. He went from being a hopeless bully to a person who is ready to fight for the things he wants and to someone who wasn't willing to accept his fate and his bad character as they were and tried to actually be a good person. He's probably the person I liked the most from the whole drama which I can't really explain because I already liked him from the very start were he was a horrible bully and where we didn't know anything about him or how he turned out to be the person he was.
Although he wasn't implicitly the main person in this drama he was the one who occupied my mind the most.
But that doesn't mean that I didn't like Kim Tan and Cha Eun Sang a lot too. Actually I liked Kim Tan a lot for though I liked Choi Young Do a bit more than Kim Tan I wanted Kim Tan to get the girl. He just deserved her. Generally speaking Kim Tan is probably the best chaebol in the history of drama. For me he was different than your typical drama-chaebol. Although he was a spoiled child he knew how to shoulder responsibility and he did what had to be done. Moreover he wasn't arrogant or anything which was a big plus.
But while we have a close look at the main characters we shouldn't lose sight of the supporting characters because they were as important as the main characters. At least in my opinion. For example you can't just ignore Jo Myung Soo or the relationship between Tan's and Eun Sang's mother(s) or the realationship between Bo Na and Chan Young or all the other persons who did a great job (I don't want to mention them all by name).

All in all this was an enjoyable drama which you should give a try. Ignore the hype and leave your expectations behind and just have a good time. I can't deny that I liked it and that I don't necessarily feel that it was a waste of time.

And always remember: Love is the moment. Haha.

To be honest, I am very very disappointed with this movie. I was actually really looking forward to watching it because I loved the casting and I found that the story sounded promising.

After watching it, I wonder if the synopsis was misleading or if they simply failed in implementing the the idea they had of this movie.

Although I was bored (and sometimes irritated) while watching most of the movie, I can't deny that there were a few funny scenes that kept me watching. Otherwise I would probably have dropped it (note: I NEVER drop movies).
In the end I was glad that I didn't drop it because apparently the ending was the best part of the whole movie.

Like I said, this movie was a huge diappointment for me, but there were actually some people who seem to have enjoyed it. Maybe you're one of them and like it. Who knows? Maybe this was just not my cup of tea?
