I disagree. Like any drama, there are plenty of legitimate reasons to criticize this. It’s fine to have strong feelings in either direction. It’s just much more difficult - and unfortunately rare - to politely articulate one’s criticism.

My favorite Namkoong Min drama is Good Manager. It’s one of the funniest comedies I’ve seen. He’s amazing in it… I’m about to watch One Dollar Lawyer because I’m a big fan of his.

I do like CDramas. I mostly watch historical CDramas but I looked at the description for WLIS-it sounds good. I’ll check it out. Thanks!

This drama seems to be a love or hate drama. I finished it and I’ve been fighting the urge to turn into a troll all week-my skin is turning green! It’s not like me at all but this drama-imo-was exceptionally absurd. I was very disappointed but don’t want to spread any negativity. You are not alone. This drama is definitely not for everyone. 🧌

Thirty but Seventeen, is one drama that comes to mind. The ML in that drama is, I think, the sweetest, least toxic of all the K-Dramas MLs I’ve seen. The relationship in that drama is super sweet on both sides.

I totally agree with your view here of Strong Girl. I love how head over heels in love Min Hyuk is, though Bong Soon’s interest never felt as balanced.

I read an article about the surprisingly massive impact of the novel Shogun when first published. It really intrigued me. I’m halfway through the book now. It’s an excellent novel. I’m very impressed so far. Very well crafted. I look forward to watching the series afterward.

What is really arrogant is this review. This is one of the most openly racist reviews I’ve come across on this site. I’m very disappointed. It might not be the best film but why attack and degrade another country’s entire culture? “master and owner”!? Wow. It’s rude, immature, and blantantly racist.
