Person Ji Chang Wook
Ji Chang Wook is a racist. notice he never films with black queens and instead only chooses in drams with korean…
Post reported for being offensive and defamatory. I encourage other people to do the same so it can be taken off quickly. There is not point interacting with such stupid comments.

Well, Chang Wook didn't save the world, but at least he didn't became a zombie. Other than that, for me, it's a mediocre zombie movie. If all characters were clever, rational and logical, of course the scenario would be much different, but here, characters just keep making dumb and dumber decisions and Koo Kyo Hwan didn't convinced me as a villain.

@Honglou Meng and im a gay man too so now what? your comprehension is sooo poor. i never told you to believe what…
Well, to me it's your comprehension that is very poor, because you just see things through your very narrow point of view and experience. In Korea or Japan, private or public display of affection between boys or men is not rare at all, but is mostly seen as just affection between totally straight persons, so yes, it can totally be seen as just bromance to a lot of people.

What you criticise in others is exactly what you do. And if you want people to understand you better you should write proper sentences that express your opinion and not easy comments blaming others for seeing things differently.

So why be so agressive and disrespectful in your comment ? Is it this hard to just expose your point of view by being respectful ? Some maturity would be good here. And also respect for others.

The amount of people calling this queerbaiting means that media literacy is so dead. It was made SO CLEAR that…
This comment being from a woman is so hilarious.

Chang Wook and Ji Hyun looked like royalty last night when climbing up the stairs at Festival de Cannes for "Colony" first screening. Their charisma and aura were amazing.

The actors deserve the praises they are receiving for it, however the film itself was a bit disappointing, I expected much more, but in the same time I knew, considering its popularity, that I would not be blown away by it, because the sageuk I usually like a lot are not the most popular ones. It has what makes a sageuk popular nowadays, so no wonder it did very well in cinemas, but compared to other sageuk films from the past it's quite weak.

Thanks to the Baeksang for awarding director Park Joon Ho and thus make me aware of this brilliant film. Mixing the difficulty for North Koreans defectors to integrate into South Korean culture with the journey of a young man to fully embrace is homosexuality was a clever idea and it was perfectly done. Cho Yu Hyun definitely deserved the New Best Actor award too, but at least he received a nomination. A must watch.

I was happy he moved to Management See Sun, as it's an agency active and with very good actors, but there is absolutely nothing shared about Sun for months now. It's like he has absolutely zero activity since he is with them, not even support roles or a little publicity gig. That's very annoying, he has so much potential.

After Japan, Taiwan is finally back in the game too. That's nice. This one, despite the fantasy element, is particularly down to earth and it's very nice to watch.

I remember JN Yu from "Be Loved in House: I Do" and well, he is really like a fine wine. ^^ Chu Meng Hsuan's shower scene. Nothing more to say haha. Jed Chung and Kagami Kota are great too, and they all have great chemistry. The whole cast is good, but Chen Yen Hsv and Max Kuo deserves praises I think because they portray the youngers Xiang Yong and Hao Wei perfectly.

Oh God, I forgot how stupid (yes, stupid), some people commenting here can be. At least it's a reminder.

Why try to understand a culture and characters that have been written with depth, when you can just use your very narrow minded goggles and make everything white or black. That's so much easier and so comforting to be sure of thinking right and being a good person (and it doesn't take much effort behind a screen after all).

I'm so glad Japanese keep making dramas and films the way they want (they are very good at it), even if that disturb the peace of mind of the snowflakes of the rest of the world.

Japan do it better, and definitely more clever.

Yes, it is not all sunshine and butterflies, but it's life. The characters have depth and flaws (real ones, not the ones that make a teenage girl feel better about herself), and at least there is a true meaning behind the characters actions, instead of silly and totally dumb misunderstandings or actions. It's been a while. JBL are (hopefully) back on track.

It's quite funny because zombie movies are really not that popular in France, but the Festival keeps selecting such movies. Well, I'm just happy for Chang Wook. As I have always said, it's through movies that he will gain the International recognition he deserves as a versatile actor. As much as I appreciate his dramas, I hope he will keep thriving through films (but please no more zombies movies, that's really not my thing ^^).

Your "Koreaphobia" is totally ridiculous. It has no place here and is especially hypocritical considering…

Disgusting money waste for trash korea, people are living in poverty and dieing in wars while these idiots organize…
Your "Koreaphobia" is totally ridiculous. It has no place here and is especially hypocritical considering that the country you think so highly of (no need to name it), organise just as much "outrageous" (your words) "luxury events" with "luxury brand"s, just a few days ago with the CMG China Film Awards for example (I don't think any actor present there wore a Chinese brand cloth...). Wake up, heal you hatred and get a life because this is pathetic.

I'm very critical of this kind of shows, because I'm gay, a member of LGBTQ community. For me, this stupid way…
This person's comment perfectly illustrates the main problem here. When it comes to BLs, but not only actually, they have their "community" glasses on and thus politicise a show, making it an object of social conflit, fight, debate, when it's just a romance story, a comedy, that don't pretend representing anything, but just offer an entertainment to the viewers interested.

Critics about why people don't like something, that's okay (even though I never understood the need to constantly express dissatisfaction about a show nobody forced you to watch, as I personally prefer to move on and forget about a drama/movie I dislike or was disappointed in), but critics about a show because personal political/social views where applied to it when there is absolutely no reason to do so (there is zero revendication or political message in this one), it's totally stupid. And reading that a show like this makes someone feel "humiliated" totally baffles me.

People like him, who can't watch a BL like any other romance story but always want to make it a "community" flag are a big part of the problem for me. Men romance should be seen just as any other romance story, bad or good, not because it's about two men.
