Title Coffee & Vanilla Spoiler
This has such an old josei/harlequin feel to it. All the cliches of a whirlwind romance in 10 episodes

Yeah, was a bit disappointed with that aspect however it was shown in the cinema in Japan and Hong Kong. I guess…

Omo, is it that much different? I don't like Nodame though I tried watching it few times (anime also) and... just…
The basis is the same but after a certain point it is definitely different.

Title Born to be a Flower Spoiler
Why ? I don’t mind spoilers
I am talking about the characters rather than the story itself. They aren't meant to be likeable. They have flaws, they make a dozen of mistakes, they show their dark side and don't really follow common logic. The drama doesn't really aim to please the audience. It is quite a mess ( ̄‐ ̄)

it is a classic revenge story, so don't expect a happy ending.

just forget it is a Nodame Cantabile adaptation and think of it as loosely based on it. that way you will enjoy it more. ^^

Person Noh Min Woo Spoiler
I just finished watching it and Noh Min Woo has an amazing death scene. Man, he needs to be given more serious…
his performance in midas was excellent. from losing weight DURING filming to show the effects of treatment, to the pain scenes, that melancholic sadness but also acceptance over his fate, and of course that death scene! i agree 100%, he really needs more serious roles. his talent is being wasted otherwise.
