How long should we wait Netflix?

I really hate multiple-season dramas. They are too good, so I can't stop waiting for the next season, but it's unfair. Kdramas aren't like that.16 episodes straight to the end.No cliffhangers and no damn long breaks.

So were episodess 9 and 10 released or not?
