LEGAL NOTICE LETTERS! This is what GM decided to do and eventually because they saw she would not be able to pay it BACK -they wrote it off as BAD DEBTS /A COMPANY LOSS/IRRECOVERABLE AMOUNT.... why? Because someone had to pay for those DAMAGES! And in the end GM PAID for it as a LOSS THEY INCURRED as a COMPANY AND THIS WAS CAUSED BY THE DECISIONS THAT KSR TOOK being the DUI!
Point 4: An explanation might not be a LEGAL binding document BUT IT is a legal verbal AGREEMENT which can be LEGALLY binding if there is PROOF
OF THE VERBAL AGREEMENT TAKING PLACE! And guess what there was PROOF because GM showed their call records showing the conversation had taken place with KSR in agreement.... So I don't know what you're trying to say here....
Point 5 : Of course she had to PAY for the DAMAGES she caused in her DUI BECAUSE she caused THE DUI🤣 Who was supposed to PAY FOR IT? Also she became a LIABILITY to the COMPANY BECAUSE of her TERMINATION fees caused by NONE OTHER than HERSELF.
Point 6: GM sent her notice letter after calculating ALL THE DAMAGES she incurred and as a COMPANY, they have every right to recover THOSE LOSSES -yet in the end they decided to NOT DO THAT anymore and record these CHARGES as 'LOSS' in their BOOKS AND they DIDN'T HAVE TO but THEY EXAMINED and could see that the GIRL couldn't pay that money.....
All other fees and DEBTS she had to PAY WAS HER RESPONSIBILITY ....
Point 7: I guess I can agree with your last point- MAYBE SHE COULD have sued GM but BASED on WHAT ? On her DUI which she caused ? Or based on a contract she WILLINGLY signed to that mentioned WHAT would HAPPEN if she got involved in a scandal.... MAYBE suing GM might have been OKAY in YOUR EYES but how is it plausible in LEGAL terms? I welcome your point on this matter. Please do enlighten me....
Point 8: What business is there in KSH doing GOOD in this situation?😅 The matter had NOTHING to do with HIM. WHY should HE be the GOOD guy and help the 'helpless' KSR. Point 9: His press conference was an expression of how he felt about the ENTIRE situation. The man is a human being with EMOTIONS and if he decided to break down in tears ... SO WHAT? HE was overwhelmed and intimidated and even CONFUSED. You can mock his tears all you want but YOU don't know the EMOTIONS he was FEELING - he has a RIGHT to EXPRESS his emotions regardless of HIM being an ACTOR.
Point 10: I loved the last point that you actually made being that He SUED KSR's family. As He should🙌🏽 and you know WHAT KSR's family should have ALSO done ? They should have counter-sued HIM if they were so confident🤷🏽♀️ We ARE LOOKING AT accusations of PEDOPILIA and GROOMING...SERIOUS ACCUSATIONS! So yes He has EVERY RIGHT to sue and PROOF HIS CASE and KSR's family HAS EVERY RIGHT to also SUE AND PROOF THEIR CASE. Also they CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT at their PRESS CONFERENCE in the SAME WAY, KSR's family was EXPOSING intimate and PRIVATE pictures of KSH and KSR. No one said ANYTHING then. Point 11: My favorite point is actually YOUR last point- KSH not going to KSR's funeral.... KSR had many friends and actors in the industry THAT chose to NOT ATTEND HER FUNERAL but send flowers as A SIGN of RESPECT for VARIOUS reasons. So pin-pointing BLAME on KSH IS absolutely unfair and WRONG. You DON'T GET to decide how people MOURN others -YOU DON'T KNOW so keep it at THAT! and also YOU wanted an alleged 'groomer'/'pedophile' attend HER FUNERAL! Pick- a -side . IF he had ATTENDED and then have these allegations against him, yall would have CALLED him a 'WICKED' person who knowingly went to the FUNERAL of someone HE had 'abused'.....
