Hi there. Its actually ok to want to know what's going on. From everything discussed so far, we’re still waiting on the court’s official ruling regarding KSH’s case. On the other hand, the family’s claim made to the police against KSH doesn’t hold weight, as it was based on a fabricated AI recording and they haven't presented any other evidence to substantiate their accusations.

What we do know is that the lying YouTuber- Garosero has been stalling the process, but the verdict is expected soon — hopefully within this month. As for KSH’s well-being, he is at home, likely waiting for the outcome just like the rest of us.

It’s also worth noting that the advertisers’ lawsuit against KSH cannot move forward until the court either confirms his innocence or finds him guilty.

That’s the current situation.

I'm really scared to watch this drama cause I hate sad endings but I'll give it a try despite the sad ending😩

She's a sensitive one that one as she likes the sound of her own thoughts. She needs an outlet to vent her unknown frustrations and this whole fiasco is probably triggering for her (I don't really know-just judging the energy she's bringing) - so don't mind her too much😅. I read somewhere on here where someone said something along the lines of : ''Just because it happened to you-doesn't mean its true that it happened to someone else''. That is all I needed to hear to have peace in my heart. Haters are just projecting at this point....

I believe she got the courage from KSH's stance in him standing up for himself in the midst of judgement. If not- this would have been the usual run around apology but this time I see she, herself clearly states that she never bullied anyone when she was younger. That is a good sign for K-celebrities. If they know they are innocent-they should refuse to admit any guilt to the situation and sue those liars! Sue them all! Its so ridiculous at this point.

I loved everything about this this drama- the coach's goofiness- the teams spirit and having them kick ass in the finals and but my girl Bae Iji I know you love your students -but you deserve so much more than giving up those ten minutes honestly. That's all I'm gonna say-Loved the message in this drama. Never give up. You might start form the bottom but with hard work and the right people around you . You can definitely be at the top! Don't even try to reason with that one. As soon as you answer with confirmed findings that have happened, she deflects and gives gibberish answers and she stands on KSH being guilty. Its like talking to a toddler-that's how foolish she sounds..

I really like what you said concerning it being a legislative framework for the future but my problem and my venting comes from a place of impatience 😅. For how long must we have this sort of recycled abuse.
The amount of bad news that comes out of S.Korea concerning their celebrities is almost like running water now. From school bullying accusations, to fraud accusations to DUI's and even them just having normal public relationships is a problem.

People don't care about the principle until it affects them or those that are dear to them- this is a very normal state to be in as human beings are inherently selfish so its no surprise for people to believe distorted information until corrections are made but by then the damage is done and both the victim and the perpetrators have their reputation damaged by the judgement of the public.

So the only people who benefit from this are the bystanders who milk the scandal and companies who seek compensation. I don't know if you remember the scandal surrounding Jung Woo Sung . What I thought was funny about his entire situation (I am not in any way supportive of what he did or has done ) was that he ensured that he did not sign to having any advertisements or brand endorsement before his scandal came to light. I am not defending the man but I find it quite funny that he knew what would happen and thereby did not associate himself to any brand as he knew he would get backlash from the public.

The only people that hold the power in this are K-celebrities-if they come together to protect and have policies enforced when working with these companies maybe things can change. However-the sentiment of the public is different. Public Image in Korea is really everything even if you are being falsely accused so I don't now how they can overcome that to be honest.

It is getting annoying at this point but we can only wait to be honest. Can you imagine that all the other individuals that have sued Garosero and Kwon Young-chan, -have all received their verdicts. Reporter Kang (the person who was one of the individuals that exposed the Burning Sun Scandal) got her confirmation that Garosero lied against her during that AI recording fiasco and got compensation. KSR's manager was accused of violating the Medical Service Act by Kwon Young-chan, and he was acquitted of charges.

So I honestly don't understand why this case is taking so long.

Perfectly said 🙌🏽 Its like we who decide to support KSH are seen as the crazy ones but when we ask those who are against him to plainly explain and speak with reason - we are the ones met with insults and name-calling all because we ask questions to these allegations. As you rightly said everyone has the free choice to believe whatever they want but lets use common sense as well. I was taught by my parents specifically that people lie and even in my current profession -I've been told by my superiors to not believe everything at face value- always substantiate your findings so whatever result you have makes sense.

Therefore this whole fiasco literally does not make sense at all but noooo we shouldn't believe KSH because he's a man, he has money and he definitely manipulated KSR -that is the narrative we have been told to believe.

KSH is also a person - though he has faults -the truth should not be exaggerated and everything needs to be examined with proper investigation which he is currently undergoing. If he is found guilty -then we can put a label to these claims spoken against him but what if he is actually innocent? What then? What happens to the hard-work of this person? His reputation? His family's reputation and everything involving him.

Don't be the victim of assumptions my dear. I might be a man, I might even be a dog.... Woof woof ...You know nothing about me. Seungri and Tael were proven guilty. I don't support criminals. KSH is not a criminal and he has not been proven to be the predator that you claim. At least I am not someone that believes the worst in people and place them guilty before they are proven guilty- That is the who you are. Guilty before they are proven guilty then they die due to cyberbullying and you will be the first to say ''Oh my gosh Knets are so evil. RIP'' When stupid comments such as yours are the triggers that lead people towards a downward spiral of depression and suicide. Your words can literally kill a person but you'll never acknowledge that. You'd claim you were only speaking against a ''predator''.

Curse him all you want to your hearts content but if you curse someone that is innocent - know that in life you reap what you sow. It does not take a lot to be kind. It has nothing to do with how attractive KSH is but it has everything to do with being considerate and understanding of seeing him as a human being before stamping ''GUILTY'' on someone that has not been proven to be guilty.

This is how I know you don't read or know anything about this case. Lets not even get into all the evidence KSH has presented and the debunked evidence of that family. You are just a plain hater.

Before the press conference KSH's agency specifically mentioned that they would only address the issue and would not be answering any questions. This is something that is within their right to do probably due to the advice of KSH's lawyers and he did. He spoke his truth and mentioned everything from his POV so if his press conference was foolery to you than that is your opinion.

Answer this question then:

1. Why hasn't KSR's family come forward if they are so confident about their accusation -why hide behind a confirmed criminal and liar like Garosero?
2. Why did they use an AI- manipulated recording of KSR to file a compliant at the police?
3. Where is their so-called confirmed evidence in the now - ''missing'' laptops and cellphones that they said would prove that KSH is a predator?
4. Or what about KSR's friends that were going to testify against KSH that her family now suddenly denies ?

I could go on but answer these things first before making fun of a man whose life was almost ruined because of false information.

So that is why you are shouting up and down 🤣🤣No its not going to be the end. KSH is one of the most respected actors in the industry. That is why this scandal is so huge. Its not my opinion but the opinion of many celebrities , directors and even staff members that have previously spoken about him. Before this scandal, people dreamed to act with him. Its true that this issue has caused a halt in his career but everyone can see -even the ones in the industry that the man is innocent.

So he will definitely act again and we his fans are patiently waiting for his return.

and FYI- its not the ''GAZILLION EXCUSES'' that are making people believe him but its the fact that all accusations against him have been debunked and have been proven to be unfounded. It was just recently proven in court that Garoduck is a criminal and a liar. If you used just a tiny little part of your brain- not even the big part but just the small part of the brain to sit down , review and evaluate this whole situation, you will realize that this is a 'witch-hunt'. The same witch-hunt that caused the late KSR to pass on.

Honestly its ridiculous how Frombio accuses KSH's response and expect him to take liability for something like this. This means that they recognize that KSH is innocent and they are trying to grab at straws with regards to how they feel his public image initially affected them when this whole circus came about.

Definitely . There is no consistency in the allegations against KSH.

1.First they said that she was 15, then she was 16 and then later she was 13 years old when all this happened.
2. The fake lawyer dancing with the press conference video in the club. Who does that ?
3.The mention of evidence that was in her laptops and cellphones that is suddenly missing and will not be used as evidence anymore.
4. The 5-6 friends that were going to testify -was debunked by the family saying they never mentioned such a thing.
5. The fake AI manipulated recording - that was eventually even admitted as false by the person that created the recording.
6. Lets not even go to the multiple pictures that have been debunked and confirmed to be taken between the years 2019 to 2020.
7. The debt that was supposedly unbearable for her to pay was later confirmed to be taken as a loss by GM and a courtesy call was made to her then current agency explaining that the letter was just a formality.
8. They haven't even filed a case against him except the one concerning the fake AI recording.

With all this and many other unmentioned findings. What else should we say?
I believe that the public opinion of KSH has definitely shifted for the positive and now we only just have to wait for the courts to give a definite ruling on these allegations.

From what I know Garosero- the cyberbully might be facing jail time concerning the false information he made against the current president (I stand corrected as I don't know much about this). That judgement first needs to be passed and we will expect a ruling by the end of August. Then later on in September unless it gets delayed- there will be a verdict about the claims that KSH made.

I also recently found out-not sure if you follow threads that Lee Jin Ho mentioned that Dispatch did do a thorough investigation on the KSH scandal but they omitted information due to outside influence (I am not sure how true this information is but take it with a grain of salt).
